Hunting for Harrisons; Can you help?
We are trying to track down the family of Flight Lieutenant C.V. Harrison, former officer commanding of 2137 Lymm Sqn, RAF Air Cadets. We know that he was in command during 1970 and his son, R. Harrison, was a cadet. Do you know the Harrisons in question? If so please get in touch. This picture was taken at the Lymm Conservative Club in 1970 and Flt Lt Harrison is in the centre.

And so we set off on another DofE expedition. This time for our Bronze practice.

That's the silver practice of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award done. We were joined by a nice bunch from 145 Altrincham & Hale Squadron - Air Training Corpsalt and 2517 (Buxton) Squadron ATC. Good effort people, well done.

We love history, we love aircraft and it's the Royal Air Force centenary; TIME FOR A FLY PAST!
Nearly a century of aircraft will be over London today as part of a huge #RAF100 birthday parade. HM the Queen has even bought a present!

Last weekend we had a great time at the Lymm Historic Transport Day, manning the entrances and showing off our cockpit for all the gathered spectators. We even raised a bit of money for the RAF Association.
Can't wait til next year!

A huge well done to CWO Owen who has been selected as the Lord Lieutenant's Cadet for #Cheshire. Not just the best cadet in Greater Manchester Wing - Air Training Corps, North Region Air Cadets, but also all the county!

Today was glorious for the weather and the athletic performance of our cadets. Lymm went to the @Greater Manchester Wing - Air Training Corps Athletics competition and brought home several medals and trophies for their efforts; proving that they are going from #Strength2Strength
