Wonderful place! Gorgeous food and resonably priced.. friendly staff.. my friends and I visit quite often on a Monday and always really enjoy our liquid lunch served by the beautiful Tracey where nothing is too much trouble.. Highly recommended xxx

Went for a nights stay in Buxton with my Sis'. Visited this cosy, welcoming place for a quick drink on the recommendation of a friend. Ended up staying for longer and having a delicious Mezza sharing board. Great place with a wonderful Lady who served us who looks a little like Julia Roberts. Will definitely go again if I'm in the area.

We were visiting Buxton for the day & popped in for lunch. There was a slight issue with my sandwich but they sorted it so quickly letting me choose an alternative for free & a glass of wine on the house.

Lovely food, and it was so nice that they made an effort to put things right ’┐Į

Visited today for lunch with my Mum, lovely food, friendly staff and good coffee. A hidden gem, our new favourite place to go ’┐Į Will have to come back and try the cocktails ’┐Į’┐Į

Very friendly place and the food was cooked nice & fresh. Good beer too!

Stopped for a bite over the week and loved our burgers! Staff were relaxed and friendly, not overbearing and let us get on with our meal.

Stayed overnight in Buxton read reviews and popped in for a meal greeted warmly and beer and food very good waited a little while for food to appear which we gave no issue with that when the food tasted so good plus had the cheese for one selected 3 cheeses the best cheese board with the best price if you get a chance to eat here do so you will not be disappointed

Popped in yesterday in the pouring rain. Got a table under the glass roof for the family and our dog Dave. Daughters had burgers and the wife had Brie and Beetroot Tart. I had the slow cooked Chilli. Followed by Ice cream for the kids and a Lemon tart and Apple tart for me and Mrs B. All the food was delicious and Shipyard on draft. If we are in the area again we will definitely head back. Brilliant little bar, decor was cool. Great service from the staff as well.

Lovely food, great service and great atmosphere. Perfect for a pre theatre dinner. Just wished we had had time for dessert!! Very jealous of other peopleŌĆÖs.

Just came upon this bar unexpectantly whilst walking to Buxton Opera House what a fabulous find. Enjoyed a delicious snack, lovely atmosphere and super staff. We will be back!

Best kept 'secret' in Buxton... a lot of thought has clearly gone into this cosy little bar and restaurant - nice friendly vibe with a good range of cask and craft beers - not tried the food yet but the menu looks most appetising.
