I bought my car from here very helpful and very friendly. Any problems I thought I had they quickly put me at ease , just took my car back for MOT. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend anyone paying a visit if you’re looking to buy a quality used car and excellent after sales service .

I bought my car from A1 Ortos last week and and was very happy with the service and support from the guys there very helpful and looked after me. Mark and Luke made me feel very welcome and made purchasing the car I wanted easy and stress free. Great honest and open company with top selection of motors who is now my 'go to' as soon as we return to the UK!

Good customer service. Bought a car on a Friday before the bank holiday. They brought a mechanic in over the weekend on overtime to get the car ready for me on Tuesday as I was going away. Couldn't fault them nice people, very thorough inspection of cars they are both buying and selling which puts confidence in what you are buying.

Fantastic service every time. This is a trusted seller with a large stock of great cars for a range of budgets. I wouldn't car shop anywhere else.

Bought my Moter from a1 ortos ,couldent recommend them enough,top place with friendly helpful staff....

Bought an Audi TT from Tony at A1ortos, I can't recommend them highly enough they gave me a great deal on my part ex and Mark sorted out finance, absolutely love the car, the service was second to none, didn't feel pushed or pressurised into buying.

I knew exactly what the payments would be before we went on a test drive so there were no nasty shocks after I had decided this was the car for me.

Overall a really pleasant experience well done guys x x

Just picked up 350z Tony and the guys were very professional and friendly really happy with service and the car is awesome cheers guys.

all in all i got off to a rocky start having an issue with the car i purchased with a tick over problem

Although it took 2 visits and some lengthy time to not fix the issue i did some research and fixed it myself.

I must however add that their service towards the customer was good and the sales staff are great and have done their best to make sure i was happy

The fault with the car was extremely hidden and i can now see how it did not come to light using todays diagnostics

In return a1 Ortos have compensated me for my inconvenience.

I would say its a prestige car garage and would not rule out using them again

Only had our car a year hardly done any miles before the crank shaft snapped so now needs a new engine sat on our drive for past 6 months. Tried to contact them but they haven't responded. It was supposed to be serviced when we bought it but our mechanic confirmed it hasn't been serviced for a very long time so the oil was like sludge and contributed to the fault. Not Impressed 10 grand down with a useless piece of junk. Considering towing it and dumping outside with a sign warning about this.
