About Accross Military Academy
Accrington & Rossendale (Accross) Military Academy provides high-quality vocational education for young people who aspire to join the Armed Forces.
We work in partnership with the Army, Royal Navy & Royal Marines, and Royal Air Force; to deliver vocational training to help young people determine their career choices, assist them through the application process, and prepare them for attending selection.
Our vocational training is extremely practical, and concentrates on developing physical fitness, skills such as teamwork and communication; and instilling the values of Courage, Discipline, Respect, Integrity, Loyalty, and Selfless commitment.
Our programmes are delivered by staff with service experience - and by serving regular and reserve military personnel - in a vocationally relevant military-style environment; simulating that of Phase 1 (basic) training.
We aim to ensure that all our students who aspire to join the Armed Forces are supported to do so, and we support those who are unable to do so; or who decide to pursue other career choices, to find the pathway that is right for them.
