This is sue from Netherley. Sue kindly donated some paint for the ace place ( Thanks Sue)if anyone has any paint spare white or magnolia gloss or emulsion we would be happy to pick up while on our garden round as we are in the process of painting the ace place , thanks.

Some of the ACE Crew took time out for a canal trip on Monday. The guys loved it and especially enjoyed getting to steer the boat.

ace is a fantastic support network! they have something for everybody with additional needs. My daughter started attending their activities in August, became a service user in October, her confidence has gone from strength to strength ! she has made lots off new friends, the staff are absolutely fantastic, i only have one regret... we didn't find you sooner :) keep up the good work guys, you are ALL amazing !

Going since age started and made lots of new friends . She.also.loves all the days out they go on . Thank you ACE . Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for somewhere for adults with special needs .

Me and my boys have just been to Woolton cinema to watch "sing" we had a ball and they had lots of fun dancing and rolling on the floor. Just perfect. Thank you xx

I worked alongside ACE for a couple of years and I adored the community. Each visit was a proper laugh with so many activities to choose from. The team where all switched on and welcoming and the people they support always projected enjoyment and security. Disco dancing, exercise, arts and crafts.... all designed to be inclusive and positive. I’ll have to visit soon to get my ACE sparkle boost. They’re just legends �

I had a lovely rapport with one of my vocal students Cathy Hughes; we really enjoyed each other's company and always had a good laugh together during our singing lessons. ��

Cathy's father Kevin was looking for more activities for her to participate in and my friend, Darren Gee, recommended ACE.

As Cathy and I had become such good friends, Kevin asked me if I would accompany her to a few sessions until her confidence grew.

I really enjoyed attending ACE at the Pagoda and Woolton Cinema so much so (also loved the stews/cheese and salad sarnies, yummy �), that I carried on accompanying Cathy, along with her dad Kevin, on a voluntary weekly basis. The staff at ACE are so friendly and welcoming and they're, well...ace haha.

At the Pagoda, Cathy and I really enjoyed the Zumba, arts/crafts and boules sessions.

At Woolton Cinema, I loved it when Cathy would totally relax, curl up in her chair, put her head on my shoulder, and indulge in the film. Kevin would relax so much, that he would take the opportunity to have a little doze. zzzzz �

Sadly Kevin passed away aged 77, so I don't see Cathy anymore.

As a follower of ACE's page, I see Cathy is still attending sessions at the Pagoda and on their photos, she always looks so happy. How lovely!! ���

I wholeheartedly recommend ACE to anyone who is looking for a welcoming, inclusive, committed, community service.
