Absolutely lovely comfortable feeling, all the staff were lovely really friendly and funny. Was an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon working or otherwise!

This was my first auction. Having seen lots on the television, I was really surprised at Adam's very rude reaction to an offer I made. I felt really embarrassed. He doesn't speak to people like that on the television.

My Mum passed away suddenly this year and as executor of her will I had to sell a lot of her and my fathers treasured belongings...the items were put into several different auctions and for two auctions one of which was in May I have not received payment for her items. I waited long past 28 days after the auction waiting for my cheques to arrive. When I rang the Liverpool office I was told I had been paid..I checked my bank accounts for these amounts and could not trace them...I rang again and was told the same....I have had a lot to deal with lately and started doubting myself... I had a day off work on the 23d August and rang the office again speaking to Nikki. To cut a long story short she said the money had been paid straight into my bank account...I said I haven't given you my bank details.. on checking I was told a sort code of the account the money was paid into..I checked my bank cards and said that's not my sort code..I was told that was their mistake and a cheque would be sent to me. Two weeks later no cheque, three weeks no cheque, I'm constantly ringing the office now asking what is the problem, why won't you pay me for my parents items....we will sort it Mrs Pollard. Another call last week to Matt...I've been more than patient Matt why are you not paying me....the girl dealing with this is out of the office today..we will ring you back...no call back...I ring again the next day...a cheque was put in the post last week, well I haven't received it, are you sure you have my correct address...yes address confirmed...it is now October...I still haven't got a cheque..I know my money was paid into someone else's account....after all I've been through this year this has only added to my stress and I don't know what else to do..hence my review...which is an honest account of my situation..
