We had my daughters party at laser tag this morning..
Ruby who took the party was super! Thanks Ruby, Lucie and her friends loved the party.
The party food was fab - a very stress free party! Would highly recommend!
Thank you!! οΏ½οΏ½
We are so lucky to have such fantastic facilities in Rossendale. Grip and go was fantastic. Staff worked really hard, Thank you.
The staff are all very professional and freindly. The gym is always clean and i like the different classes that are available the trainers are brilliant.
Thank you for my children's joint birthday party today. Football & bouncy castle party. We all had such a great time, brilliant facilities and all staff very friendly & went the extra mile. Thank you β½οΈ
No complaints at all. Excellent staff, facilities and classes. Thoroughly recommend.
My son had his 10th birthday party at laser tag and had 10 friends. They all had a fab time even the ones that I thought would be a bit wary enjoyed themselves. One girl was upset before she went in so they kindly let my sons dad go in with her, and then we couldn't get her out she just enjoyed it that much. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend it.
My daughter has just had her birthday party with you. Everyone loved it and the party food was delicious. Thank you for all your help in organising it
Kids had a great time climbing the walls. Very kid orientated, with lots of challenges around on the walls. Staff were pleasant and all was very organised. Definitely be making another booking!
Just been to Grip & Go with our scout troop - 21st Rossendale (St Mary's). Everyone had a great time and used up lots of energy! Very friendly and helpful staff in both reception and in the climbing area. The staff worked hard to keep the scouts climbing.Highly recommend it.
Great session attended by my grandson aged 4 he loved it
Friendly staff, facilityβs are always clean. Gym rooms got everything you need. 5 ***** from me οΏ½
Fantastic evening at grip and go with the guides. Highly recommended. Will be back!
Family day out for us. Top notch challenging and fun. We'll be regulars now οΏ½
Absolutely fantastic spin class with Antony totonight Totally buzzing music π§ he needs to do more classes ππππ
Pro's - *Different range of climbing walls, which keep the children entertained;
*Staff are (mostly) great asset and encouraged my children to climb, and congratulated them on their jumps;
*'Leap of Faith' is thrilling and gave my 2x boys renewed confidence;
*Induction is really good and guy teaching them was exceptional, good with children....
HOWEVER Con's -
*Cramped waiting area - come - Cafe!! Lost my seat going the toilet?! If you are lucky to get one then don't move lol.
*Unless your child is tall, most young 4 & 5yrs old climbers would struggle, esp if beginners - My taller 5yr old (whose attended climbing courses) struggled, as the footings are mostly too far apart to reach, and he over stretched his leg to point it is hurting today.
*Long wait at times to be unhooked/re-hooked to wall - They offered booking for a staggering '32 climbers' and yet with only 17 children climbing, there was frequent queuing up to 10mins at a time for some walls;
*Only get 1x chance to jump on "Leap of Faith" for Β£2.50 EXTRA - shocking really as my son's birthday jump was over in 30 seconds and if it goes wrong, you can't re-jump sadly;
*Very cold inside and harder for the children when having to wait to climb. Everyone in the Cafe kept their coats on to watch;
*Only 2x Toilets for guests, meant 7 little girls were queuing in front of me at one point - oh to be a Man at that point!
*Nothing for babies/toddler who can't take part - they get bored easily, despite a bag full to entertain, and with an unused sports hall next door, could easily provide a pop-up soft play for them - soft mats, ball pool, ride-ons... anything to keep them happy, whilst climbers are busy.
*Cafe can't cope if more than 2x people want hot drinks - waited 10mins and gave up twice, before we finally got served.
Overall, i gave it a generous 4 Stars based on variety of walls and the 2x guy's who were exceptional with the children, praised my b'day boy's Leap Jump and made his day:)) Other staff on duty complained throughout sessions about the lack of air/being cold/bored and chatted amongst themselves at times etc and proved that not everyone is suited to working with children. I would suggest you take advantage of wearing a hi-viz provided and accompany your child (esp if younger climber), as they do get ignored frequently and at times and need help with starting walls and were to position the feet.
Adrenaline is a nice place to train and exercise however not so good when spinning on a monday and the music system doesn't work no fault of introducer. Lockers in ladies changing room could do with updating new pound coin stuck in them.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good range of equipment. However, can get very busy at times with children's parties on at Grip and Go, and it would be nice to have a water machine/filter in the ladies only gym. Other than that it's a great place to go.
Laser tag think you should get more than 30mins, with briefing etc and gun not working, didn't get that long. Lewis was amazing and very helpful. We loved the rock climbing but not much for my 4 year old really, he got bored quickly. However used my membership benefits which meant we got 1.5hrs of fun for Β£26 so can't complain. X
Had a wonderful Experience with Lee
Appreciate his patience and his skill
Looking farward to continue in 2018
