Our members of staff have many, many years of experience in Residential Property Management, Mortgages, Insurances and working with investors to secure investment properties

Once you have instructed us to let your property we will: -

Market the property.

Accompany prospective tenants round the property.
*
Make enquiries as to the financial suitability of a tenant by way of references and employment checks.
*
Hold a deposit from the tenant from which arrears, damages and costs may be deducted.
*
Prepare an inventory of the fixtures, fittings and furniture at the property which will be agreed on and signed by the tenant.
*
Prepare the tenancy agreement.
*
Arrange for an approved Corgi registered engineer to carry out a safety check on the property.
*
Inform the local authority and utility services of the change of occupancy.
*
Collect the rent and pay it to you by bank transfer, less any fees and commissions due.
*
Inspect the property on a regular basis.
*
Notify you of any repairs, which come to our attention.
*
Notify you of the tenant vacating and take your further instructions for re letting
*
Inspect the property when the tenant has vacated.
