My daughter had her 8th birthday party here on Wednesday, from start to finish our party host had everything under control, each child was given socks and a wristband on arrival, safety video watched then let loose with their host. Food was served in our party room on time and piping hot, pizza, chips, nachos and plenty of juice. Ice cream for dessert and then birthday cake was brought in. All 20 kids had a fantastic time and were all asking when they could come again. Thanks very much Air Factory for making my daughter’s birthday so easy and fun!

Had my sons birthday party here on the 19th November, it was great 😀. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, all the kids had a ball, then had great fun on the virtual reality as an extra. The party offer of 10 for £99 is a great deal, the pizzas were large and I ordered extra chips so plenty for everyone. Thank you 👍

Had my son's 5th birthday party here today and him and his friends have had an absolute ball. He loved his trampoling party and loved the different areas he could play in with his friends. Nothing was too much for our party host from the moment we arrived. She made sure all the children had their trampoling socks and juice was well topped up in the party room for all the children. Food arrived piping hot with plenty to go around for the 10 children. Everything went well from start to finish and my son loved his party. Thank you very much Air Factory ��

Had a great afternoon at the trampoline park. My kids loved it as Hannah one of the workers took time to tell them of the different areas in there. She even helped my little one when she was frightened to bounce as it was her first time at a trampoline park. Lovely staff there

Absolutly amazing place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Xx we went as a birthday treat for my boy and all the kids had an absolute blast!!! We all had a lovely day and i cant thank the reception staff and cafe staff enough. Xxxx the only fault i found was that the food and drinks were a little over priced.

Was really disappointed with the service. waited up to 30 minutes for someone to serve us at the main desk. By this time my little girl was fedup. Then when we did get served the lady behind the counter never apologised for the wait. Only said it's on the hour when you get served. No one approached us to tell us. We ended up leaving.

Took our children here today ..... for the last time the place was filthy .... it was only 12 o'clock and been open 1 hour ... about 20 kids in the whole place yet food all over the floors .... which hadn't seen a mop in months .... big clumps of hair everywhere . Carpets were heaving and then there was a huge panel missing and tools in there inc a drill ...... health and safety..... nil !!!!! Velocity could really teach this place how to do it . Ohhhhh and lack of staff is a joke ..... but not quite as funny as there lack of knowledge and manners tho .

Visited air factory today and was actually shocked at how downhill the place has gone, firstly I couldn’t even book online to get a jump for my two

Children and no one was answering the phone, secondly the state of the place was disgusting, food, drink cups and rubbish everywhere not just int he cafe area but all the way through to the jump area which was had food and rubbish. Also noticed a big hole in the wall obviously having work done underneath the jump

Very dirty upstairs. Staff are just kids without any supervision. The blonde girl in the cafe was wearing hot pants � not appropriate could litereally see her bum cheeks. The cafe was full of left over food and rubbish. The girl in the cafe kept brushing the same part

Of the floor over and over without moving rubbish or wiping the tables � not quite sure were she got her training from ��� the girls on reception desk didn’t know what they was doing either... none of them knew how to put the summer passes through. Poorly ran.

The food we did receive isn't worth talking about! I could go on but it is pointless as they don't take any notice anyway. I have emailled them twice and just get ignored. AVOID!!!

No option to give a zero. Absolutely appalling place. Took my two children here today and will definitely not be returning. Staffing levels are DANGEROUS. My daughter got herself stuck in the foam pit and the more she struggled to get out the deeper she sank. I seen what happened through the cafe veiwing area and ran down. Not a member of staff to be seen. I yanked my child out from the bottom of the foam pit, who was struggling to breathe at this point. No accident book, no clear complaints procedure. I now have a very traumatised little girl ���� dread to think what would have happened if I hadn't been watching her.

My niece had her party here today total disgrace we arrived no host party room wasn't set up I had to ask them set it up nobody in that place as a clue what there doing ..toilets out of use . Place needs a good clean, 1 member of staff watching the full place for first half an hour no member of staff watching the kids at all ..I asked were host was said don't know !! As for the manager he as a face like a slapped arse. .. had to tell him crack a smile !! Needs to be closed down until can be run proper for the children's safety ..

The room was freezing cold and dirty not enough cups or plates for the amount of kids booked ! An the staff on the trampolines was rude an intimidating children telling to not come out of there party room to the point that one of the staff members tried to get hold of one of the children !!! !!! As they had to stay in it for the duration of the party bearing in mind the party started late due to late staffing so technically the children didn’t even get the full allocated time !!

Held my 7 year olds birthday there yesterday it was appalling. We spent £135 on the party for 12 children and £22 on refreshments. The place was in absolute chaos, it was dirty and there was rubbish everywhere. The extra food I ordered didn't come and the "Party Host" was nowhere to be seen throughout the duration of the party. I had to serve the children's food myself, my guests parents had to help with drinks. I had to go and get my own cake after asking for it twice and take it in myself after a 10 minute wait for it..the kids were running riot as I was back and forward trying to sort all of this out. Staff blamed each other for a catalogue of mistakes that ruined the party. I was offered a refund for the food they hadn't sent (surely this goes without saying) and a free jump pass - as if I would set foot in the place again. My sons party was a disaster and I felt embarrassed! Save your money and book somewhere else ....preferably the one in Wigan as a party we were at last week was the total opposite.

Do not book a party , we have ours cancelled two weeks before my sons birthday. Didn’t even bother to phone back to explain caused stress trying to find a new party and completely ruined my sons birthday

Dangerously short staffed. No disabled facilities. One person checking everyone in and trying to deal with a party which had arrived late so we were all left sat on the floor (no seats!) until she’d finished to watch safety video which no staff monitored so with party kids all shouting & screaming video was a waste of time! Out of the 50 mins left to bounce 1 staff member from the cafe popped down for 20 mins to supervise the whole court and at the end of the hour no staff member was present so most kids stayed on whilst another lot ran on...still unsupervised. The cafe has ridiculously lengthy waits for very poor very overpriced food, £3.50 for a small hot dog and £2 for chips (no jugs of juice available) so with a drink a kids meal was £7!! I had 4 kids with me �. Finally the blonde girl working in the cafe was downright rude. I would never visit again not recommend to anybody.

Booked my 4 year old sons party here 25/06/2017 12:00, on arrival Staff had no idea that a party for 20 kids had been booked. one lady who "only started yesterday" was manning reception and seemed Understandably overwhelmed as the queue was out the door. lack of direction and service from your staff meant most of our guests lost 20 minutes of the 1 hour bounce time, some kids hadn't been given socks or wristbands. We wasn't told which party room was ours which resulted in another party of 10 being in our room for 20. Food was 2 pizzas 2 bowls of chips and 2 bowls of Doritos which didn't last very long at all. Other than the poor service and lack of food, Air Factory Facility wise is great and all the kids really enjoyed bouncing around. The huge ball pool was a big favourite for the younger kids.

Well never again !! Felt sorry for my daughter + Grandson Olly who’d had his birthday ruined !! The place is filthy, the party rooms are a disgrace, all chipped tables, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, we wiped them down, no party host, no room done up, brought x2 pizzas to the room at 2.45pm, a bowl of soggy teddy crisps, the ones that cost 10p a bag, half bowl of other crisps, by the time the x12 children got off the trampolines at 3.05pm the pizzas were cold, no chips were brought out ( that we’d paid for) when we asked where they were they said there on there way, then at 3.20pm they said no chips are coming because we’ve missed them off your order !!! So x2 pizzas and crisps between 12 children, disgusting for what my daughter paid, the cake had been damaged too, when we approached the girls at the reception to express our disappointment and concerns they weren’t even bothered !! One particular one with blonde hair ( wouldn’t give her name ) said it’s nothing to do with me !! When I asked her what she did she said she was “The events manager “ !! OMG shocking !!

We were offered 1 free pass !! Wouldn’t step in that place again, then she reply’s to my daughters email saying she gave us £4 refund for the chips !!!! Didn’t give us anything except attitude and disgusting customer service. Just got the general managers. Number + email so it will be going straight to him.
