AKTA students just love to be on stage and performing to a live audience, they all work so hard in class and support their team mates. We are a family and a team and everyone is equal and important. Students are encouraged to express themselves in a fun creative disciplined environment.
We teach our students to Act, Dance and Sing we teach them life lessons too and create memories to last a lifetime. Everyone is welcome regardless of ability and treated the same. We strive to provide our students with the best performance opportunities at an affordable price for all, we raised £6000 to take all our students to perform in London’s West End 💜
All of the AKTA staff are industry professionals who are qualified and part of many different associations including the London College of Music, I.S.T.D, I.D.T.A, Acrobatic Arts, LAMDA, DDE DDI.
September 2018 we start work on MUSICAL THEATRE EXAMS and Medal tests✅
And May 2019 we are off to perform at Disney Land Paris 🇫🇷🎤

Well, for starters 5 stars just isn't worthy of this fantastic school. My daughter has been attending AK Theatre Arts for nearly a year and I've watched her progressively move from being shy in the background to strutting her stuff centre stage. Not only has her confidence grown in this sense of the word but her school life has blossomed and benefited due to this growing confidence. Adam, Nicole, Jade and the rest of the staff have the patience, time and ability to make each and every individual feel independent, confident and special in their own way. AKTA is a family where staff, students and parents are supportive of every child and each other.

There are not enough words to describe how proud I am that my daughter attends this amazing school. She has gone from the little girl that wanted to have a nap halfway through class to the girl wanting to be at the front strutting her stuff. The staff are all truly amazing with all of the children. Lots of schools only choose the few best kids to put on the stage this isn't the case at AKTA as all of the kids are the best and are included in everything xxx

Sophie has been attending AKTA for 6 months now and enjoys every single minute she is there. Her confidence has grown so much in this little time and she has made so many new friends. Adam and his team do so much for the children, there performances are absolutely fantastic and so professional. Everybody is a credit to the school. I am so proud that we are a part of this fabulous family xxx

Since joining AKTA around 8 months ago, my daughter has grown in self confidence and is becoming more confident in performing to audiences.

Having danced & attended other drama schools I was nervous about the change, but we hadn't found the right group until we joined AKTA.

Mia-Lauren has developed so much in a short time.

She has performed in two shows (Bolton Albert Hall & The Lowry) in less than four months, learnt so many new dance moves / routines & songs it's unbelievable

She's never once, NOT wanted to attend a lesson. !!

Everyone is so friendly, it's lovely & I find it amazing that Adam Kerr remembers everyone's name 👍

My daughter has attended Adam Kerr's school since she was 3, she has developed so much over this time been in numerous shows including Blackpool Opera House, he is absolutely amazing with the children knowing how to get the best out of every child. He hads a fabulous team around him and he has created a big family, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend AK Theatre Arts.

Adam and his team of teachers are all so friendly, approachable & amazingly talented. They go above and beyond for all their students. They treat everyone as individuals and love them all like their own family members. My 5 year old daughter has only been there for 10 weeks so far and the difference in her confidence, talent & social skills is amazing. She has felt included and part of the team since day one and has gone from doing one class a week to four! I can't recommend AKTA enough. Thanks Adam & team for all your love & hardwork x

I was sick of seeing my 2 daughters on their iPads so decided to see what hobbies I could take them too, one loves singing and the other dancing, with a 5 year age gap between them it wasn’t easy to find anything that accommodates both ages. I had seen posts on social media about AKTA, it looked great so took them along to a taster lesson. It’s the best decision I could have made, they absolutely love it!!!!! The lessons cover singing, dancing and drama and the teachers are amazing. They’re learning but having so much fun doing it! Everyone at AKTA makes you feel part of a family and any decision made is in the best interests of the children, as a parent you always want your children to be safe and they’re in the safest hands here. I couldn’t get recommed it any higher. Also, if your child struggles with confidence there is no better place than this. We love AKTA 💜💜💜💜 xx

All the teachers Adam and the team are all so amazing with all the kids and treat each child as an individual. They always make sure each child is made to feel special and unique. Skye started about 2 months ago she's only 3 years old and you can already see her confidence coming out. She absolutely loves going to classes and doesn't even mind being left on her own at class as she feels so comfortable everyone has made her feel so welcome, Jade and Adam especially has helped us with Skye a lot and always finds a way to include her when she becomes a bit shy. To see them up on stage preforming at the Blackpool Opera house was an experience we will never forget. Thank you for giving them the opportunity to do this and we look forward to what AKTA has to bring !!!

Adam and all the staff really care about the kids, There are so many opportunities coming up for them to perform, Freddie loves it and how he is made to feel extra special!! Highly recommended! ����

I came with my sister to pick my niece & her friend up and watched the show they'd just learn in 3 days! I was more than impressed! Each and everyone are little stars! The teachers are fab and friendly! Some amazing talent! can't wait to send my daughter when she's old enough �

Can't fault the school at all shannons enjoyed every seconds and always made to feel welcome and the help is always there if needed xxx

My daughter joined AKTA in March this year & I'm so pleased me made the move.

Having danced & attended other drama schools I was nervous about the change, but we hadn't found the right group until we joined AKTA.

Mia-Lauren has developed so much in a short time.

She has performed in two shows (Bolton Albert Hall & The Lowry) in less than four months, learnt so many new dance moves / routines & songs it's unbelievable

She's never once, NOT wanted to attend a lesson. !!

Everyone is so friendly, it's lovely & I find it amazing that Adam Kerr remembers everyone's name 👍

My daughter has attended Adam Kerr's school since she was 3, she has developed so much over this time been in numerous shows including Blackpool Opera House, he is absolutely amazing with the children knowing how to get the best out of every child. He hads a fabulous team around him and he has created a big family, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend AK Theatre Arts.

Adam and his team of teachers are all so friendly, approachable & amazingly talented. They go above and beyond for all their students. They treat everyone as individuals and love them all like their own family members. My 5 year old daughter has only been there for 10 weeks so far and the difference in her confidence, talent & social skills is amazing. She has felt included and part of the team since day one and has gone from doing one class a week to four! I can't recommend AKTA enough. Thanks Adam & team for all your love & hardwork x

I was sick of seeing my 2 daughters on their iPads so decided to see what hobbies I could take them too, one loves singing and the other dancing, with a 5 year age gap between them it wasn’t easy to find anything that accommodates both ages. I had seen posts on social media about AKTA, it looked great so took them along to a taster lesson. It’s the best decision I could have made, they absolutely love it!!!!! The lessons cover singing, dancing and drama and the teachers are amazing. They’re learning but having so much fun doing it! Everyone at AKTA makes you feel part of a family and any decision made is in the best interests of the children, as a parent you always want your children to be safe and they’re in the safest hands here. I couldn’t get recommed it any higher. Also, if your child struggles with confidence there is no better place than this. We love AKTA 💜💜💜💜 xx

I really can not say enough how amazing this school is. Summer has been going now for 7 months and her confidence has gone absolutely amazing. She has made so many new friends for life. All the teachers Adam and the team are all so amazing with all the kids and treat each child as an individual. They always make sure each child is made to feel special and unique. Skye started about 2 months ago she's only 3 years old and you can already see her confidence coming out. She absolutely loves going to classes and doesn't even mind being left on her own at class as she feels so comfortable everyone has made her feel so welcome, Jade and Adam especially has helped us with Skye a lot and always finds a way to include her when she becomes a bit shy. To see them up on stage preforming at the Blackpool Opera house was an experience we will never forget. Thank you for giving them the opportunity to do this and we look forward to what AKTA has to bring !!!

I couldn’t love this place anymore! AKTA is an amazing dance/theatre school, Freddie loves it, he wants to be their every single night! Adam and all the staff really care about the kids, There are so many opportunities coming up for them to perform, Freddie loves it and how he is made to feel extra special!! Highly recommended! ����

I came with my sister to pick my niece & her friend up and watched the show they'd just learn in 3 days! I was more than impressed! Each and everyone are little stars! The teachers are fab and friendly! Some amazing talent! can't wait to send my daughter when she's old enough �

Well, for starters 5 stars just isn't worthy of this fantastic school. My daughter has been attending AK Theatre Arts for nearly a year and I've watched her progressively move from being shy in the background to strutting her stuff centre stage. Not only has her confidence grown in this sense of the word but her school life has blossomed and benefited due to this growing confidence. Adam, Nicole, Jade and the rest of the staff have the patience, time and ability to make each and every individual feel independent, confident and special in their own way. AKTA is a family where staff, students and parents are supportive of every child and each other.

There are not enough words to describe how proud I am that my daughter attends this amazing school. She has gone from the little girl that wanted to have a nap halfway through class to the girl wanting to be at the front strutting her stuff. The staff are all truly amazing with all of the children. Lots of schools only choose the few best kids to put on the stage this isn't the case at AKTA as all of the kids are the best and are included in everything xxx

Sophie has been attending AKTA for 6 months now and enjoys every single minute she is there. Her confidence has grown so much in this little time and she has made so many new friends. Adam and his team do so much for the children, there performances are absolutely fantastic and so professional. Everybody is a credit to the school. I am so proud that we are a part of this fabulous family xxx
