Ok so we tried...who are we trying to kid....up and ready for the second day of the Amtico course, looking forward to visiting their new training centre.

represent a social club in Stalybridge, we were wanting a hard wearing carpet given the usuage. Contacted Dean, and all I can say is it was a pleasure, he provided a quote from my measurements, but then came to club to confirm with samples with no guarantee of the business, after discussions about budget. We choose Albion and the carpet was ordered and fitted within 5 days, excellent service from start to finish, would defo use Dean again. !st class

Well what can I say absolutely fabulous service from start to finish, Dean came round to measure up and give us some advice on the choice of carpet we need, and I'm so glad we took his advice. The fitter arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional. Now my Hall and stairs look fabulous.I cannot recommend this team enough. We will definitely be using them again.

We have bought carpets from various carpet places over the years but have NEVER had the superb service we have just experienced from the lovely staff at Albion Mill Carpets. On my first visit I was greeted by Gemma who showed me around the showroom and her knowledge of the carpets they sell was increadable.We returned the following weekend and again was greeted with a very warm welcome by Gemma. We chose a few samples then Gemma made an appointment for Dean to come and measure up for our requirements and he arrived exactly on time as arranged. His knowledge and advice was again superb and he made arrangements for a suitable time for us for fitting. On the day of fitting a week later, Alan arrived again exactly on time as arranged and I have never seen a carpet fitted so professionally. Alan was very polite and courtious and worked very hard to give a SUPERB finish to the fitting. He had the utmost respect for our home and surroundings and everything was left very clean and tidy. We are ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with the new carpet and have been treated with the most WONDERFUL customer service. I will never go anywhere else now for carpets and would even come back to Albion Mill Carpets if I moved away from Tameside as I feel sure they would accommodate and give excellent service. What you read on the website is true to every word and they are truly a family run business who's priority is every customer who walks through their doors. The truly deserve the recognition and we will certainly be telling our family and friends to purchase carpets from Albion Mill Carpets. Thank you so so much for everything from start to finish.

Thanks to Albion mill carpets my carpets looks fantastic, from my first impression of the showroom to closing the door to there fitters I can't fault them, they were 100% professional, the staff in the showroom were helpfull and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, a chap called Dean came out to measure and was very helpfull, really open with his price broke it down and told us exactly what we was paying for each part of the job, his quote was over £120 cheaper then the next best quote and the carpet was fitted 2 days later, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Thank you Albion. Extremely pleased with the carpets, service and fitting. Dean and his staff are all so friendly and helpful. What started as a one-off room, became the whole house refitted! There is so much choice in the showroom and Dean is so helpful when you cannot decide right away and gave us time to decide without any rush. Also, none of the usual having to wait for weeks for the carpets to be ordered and fitted. Very efficient but a nice friendly approach. We would never go anywhere else, we have been spoiled! The house is now beautiful and looking new again.

Had a lounge, dining room and hall stairs and landing carpet fitted today, we were impressed with the service from the initial visit to the showroom to the home visit and fitting. The staff at the showroom were efficient and friendly. The fitters turned up on time and did a great job and were tidy and friendly and very polite. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from the moment we walked in the showroom, friendly knowledgeable staff helped us choose the correct type of carpet for our needs, prompt and friendly measuring service, and an excellent fitter, we had a lounge and attic stairs carpet and couldn't be happier.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Dean made an appointment to call round with various samples, once we had decided on carpets (mid December), the carpets were ordered and the living carpet fitted before Christmas, once I'd completed painting the house, the remaining carpets were fitted straight away. The fitters did a professional job, were courteous and left the house clean and tidy. We would highly recommend (and have done) Albion Carpets without hesitation.

Extremely happy from the first point of contact in the store, very knowledgeable and helpful and went out of her way to fit us in for measuring. Deano then came to measure up and give valuable advice over the carpet we were going to choose, we had a choice of three. Carpet was fitted a few days later by Steve who worked so hard and was so pleasant. We absolutely love our new carpet and have advised people we know to go to there before trying anywhere else. Brilliant service, I can’t fault this place. We went with a clear idea of what we wanted and Dean actually sourced us a carpet that was a quarter of the price of the one we had originally seen somewhere else. The fitters were done in an hour and it looks amazing ! Why didn’t we know about this place sooner?? We will definitely be using them again, we wouldn’t go anywhere else now, we’re really happy with the result. Thanks!
