We visited Alexander’s on the recommendation of an elderly lady as we was looking in another jewellers window.

We definately made the right choice, fantastic service from the moment we entered I got exactly what I wanted. Chrissie helped me choose what design suited my finger and made the ring accordingly. Was kept up to date with progress. Fantastic customer service highly recommend.

We cannot recommend Alexanders enough, or rate the personal and professional service we got from the moment we entered the shop. It is much more than a shop, it really is an experience. We wanted to purchase an individual piece for an engagement ring. We certainly got that. The owner was a delight and it wasnt difficult to see how much she loves her business. She advises and recommends, no hard sell, her after sales service is second to none and so much so we returned for the wedding ring. Thank you so much for a lovely lovely experience.
