Alexandra Park Edgeley

We have new benches in the park. This has been achieved with the help of The Friends of Alexandra Park, our local councillors, The Airport fund, Edgeley Community Church and members of the local community. Just in time for the summer - we hope you all enjoy them.

A reminder about our event on Saturday 31st March . Registration is between 2-2.30pm .Follow the clues around the park to solve the puzzle in return for an Easter egg. There is a limited number of eggs so come early to register - we only have 80 so don't miss out.🐇🐇🐇

good park looks like they are going to put new wood on the benches ,don,t like the car park as in the week it is full not by people on the park looks like people how are attending meeting some where near by ????????

It's so Beautiful plenty for my grandchildren to do there very very enjoyable

I love the park and all the improvements have made a great difference for everyone. The skatepark is well used and the cafe too.

Had a great day yesterday with my grandson lovely park. Just needs somewhere to get a coffee or tea and toilets. Well done on the refurb

Alex park has changed so much , lots of work and dedication has gone into making theses changes , it's paid off , the park feels welcoming. The new kids park is so lovely and the skate park is great .

Something for everyone. Will look forward to visiting lots more in the future.

As an Edgeley resident I've seen differences over the years and almost gave up on the place ...can safely say my opinion has changed.

Absolutely love it here! The park is lovely and well maintained and the skate park is fab! The kids love it! It’s also great to be able to have a coffee while we watch the kids play �

Really love the park and my son especially loves the new skate park, but it would be really nice to have some seating for parents round the skate park - I've been doing a lot of standing around recently as I don't skate myself ;)

Loving the park at the moment! Especially now the little shop is up and running! Not only do they provide a brilliant service that the kids and adults love but also were on hand the other day when my son banged his head quite badly (not wearing a helmet�) he was given a cold towel and I received a phone call too! Brilliant ladies doing a fantastic job����

Lovely park. Me and my twin girls spend a lot of time in there park. Only downside is that some of the pavements need resurfacing. My girls tend to fall over a lot!

Lovely park and good now theyve done the childrens bit up. Shame about all the pollution in the waters though and also the toilets are never open (every time weve been). My grandad used to bowl on the green many many years ago and I have many happy memories on this park

Absolutely wonderful new skatepark I visited with friends yesterday. However we we warned by locals that during evenings and weekends the skatepark is completely taken over by antisocial youths who intimidate anyone trying to use the skatepark. Can't it be policed better?
