Having holistic treatments has had a very positive affect to my wellbeing of mind, body and spirit and has also reduced muscle tension and stress levels swell as pain relief. I absolutely love treating my clients as well as having them myself and I find it rewarding when clients give me feedback that it has made a difference to them and they leave with a renewed sense of well-being.

I have a Level 3 Diploma in Swedish and Aromatherapy massage and Reflexology i am always on the lookout for new and exciting ways to develop my practice.
