User

This is the second time we have stopped at the Aloft, and it didn't disappoint the staff are really friendly and the hotel is stunning. We took our pupoy with us and they provided us with a bed and a bowl which was a lovely touch. We will be back.

User

The hotel is located in an ideal place, just out of the main Liverpool one complex so it’s quiet, but only a few minutes walk from all the local attractions.

I’ve stopped here multiple times and always opt to stay here when it’s available. The rooms are great: clean, spacious and quiet there is a 24hour fitness room as well as the option of a great breakfast.

The staff have always been friendly and approachable, though I’ve never needed to complain -8 can’t recommend this hotel enough! Top work all

My mum had her 65th Birthday here yesterday and all the staff went above and beyond. Especially Connor who was working on the bar who made mocktails with the children and kept them entertained and happy throughout. He was a breath of fresh air, so polite and helpful, Thank you! And thank you catherine for organising everything!

I stayed at the Aloft Hotel on 31st August 2017. The staff greeted us, was very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcomed for the start. The room was amazing, very clean and spacious, with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay (the bed was very comfortable. television with a good selection of channels, refrigerator. iron & ironing board. Kettle with free tea, coffee and water. Hairdryer, a good size en-suite with a shower & free shampoo, body wash & hand wash, nice white bath towels & a power point for electric razors. It has free wi-fi (just needs your e-mail address to log in), and has a safe). I had a very comfortable nights sleeps, was very quite despite in the centre of Liverpool city. Aloft is a beautiful building external and internally, & very well maintained. All the staff was very friendly and gave great service. They have a lovely bar, with great cocktails & lovely food too. We was serviced by Maria, who was really lovely and made us feel very welcoming. At breakfast they have a good selection of cereals, cold continental food, and cooked foods, with vegetarian/vegan sausages on request. Aloft is in the heart of Liverpool city, great for sight seeing, shopping, & nights out around the great city of Liverpool, it is also near to Albert docks and the train stations. I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay, I would definitely recommend this Hotel, and will be going back anytime I'm staying in Liverpool.

User

Great hotel , loved the full weekend we spent there for my birthday . Great friendly staff and good facilities, also near to everything you need in the city .

User

Awesome service and the rooms were fantastic! I will come back to stay again

User

Amazing place! Fantastic service! I had my wedding here yesterday and I couldn’t thank all the staff enough, especially Catherine & Martin! Thank you guys so much!

User

A great hotel which has been sympathetically renovated in keeping with the fantastic historical building.

The hotel is right in the centre of Liverpool city centre! We only stayed for the one night, but I wish we could have stayed for longer. Our room was quite small but it was very clean and tidy. The bed was a king size and extremely comfortable. The room was kitted out with a large TV, mini fridge, complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries and free wifi.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The down stairs bar has a good friendly, atmosphere; the pool table and foozeball (I think that's what it's called) are free, so we finished our night with a few drinks at the bar and couple of games of pool before retiring to our beds. A great weekend to look back on.

User

Nice hotel clean rooms staff very welcoming!! Only problem we had with first room was the toilet door was completely broken got offered another room was actually better and got complimentary drinks!!

User

Lovely room and enjoyed the pool table but noise levels from the street were extremely high and woke us up at 5.30am (even though we were up on the 6th floor)! Also very expensive drinks at the bar.

User

Giving ya a 3 for location and for being a pretty building but ffs... here's a few pointers....

1. When you have a bar, lovely as it is, how about having someone to serve some drinks? We'll call him a 'waiter'.... ironically, here I am WAITING on a waiter with nothing but dirty glasses and spills to gawk upon

2. Come'on with the room service.... 12pm-10pm?!?! Whhhittttt? Everyone's out getting pished between those times.... it's when we get back to the room that we need a wee munch. Turns out your room service is shacking up with yours waiters and they're nowhere to be seen!

*sobs hangerly into her pretty comfortable pillows*

3. £13 to add on breakfast when the pub next door does a full English for £3.99? Yir missing a trick here no?

At least we were close to shops and pubs and parking. Somewhere comfy and warm to rest our heads is all I can ask for... plus above!

A bunch of twens playing hotel. Nice building, showing some wear and tear after just a few years already. Staff and inconsistency is its main problem. They are always friendly but obviously not very well trained. SPG Keyless didn't work, my mobile check-in wasn't processed. Keycards (NFC, so no problems with magnetic stripes) stopped working thrice during a two-nights stay - they have no clue why. I was asked for tea or coffee and told to choose any table - tea never arrived despite the restaurant being half empty. The day before we have been seated. House keeping mixed up our pyjamas and slippers and replaced one towel less than the day before. One of the promised two bottles of water in the room was missing. This inconsistency drives you crazy. Get your job done and maybe I'll try it again in the future. Meanwhile there are too many competitors around and too few SPG Platinum benefits at this property to stay loyal. A pity.

Hotel with good location near to the Albert dock and most of the important attractions in Liverpool.Good shopping center nearby.Double standard attitude from the hotel staff, we notice if you are English they are very polite, if you are not attitude is not anymore the same. From outside good looking hotel with very expensive bar and drinks, room prices also very expensive When you get to the room, dirty room with many stains on the carpet, on the chair, everywhere, chips bags between the furniture, hair from the previous occupier was still in a bathroom.Dust everywhere. And many many other problems.4 stars hotel, you must be joking with me!!!
