After the success of the August deal and as we have been open 4 months today we have decided to re-run the offer for October.
The offer is one months membership for £25 which includes unlimited access to all our classes.

Do you pay to see a personal trainer once or twice a week? PT’s charge upwards of £20 per hour. Our classes are small to ensure plenty of coach time and run throughout the week and weekends.
On average our members train 3 times a week (some even more) and under our current full membership that works out at £5 per class or less.
This offer is limited to 10 spaces and they filled up fast in August.

Simon has only been with us for a month and has seen massive increase in his Backsquat
When he started his 1RM was 160kg and his 3 rep max was 140kg. He now can squat an easy 175kg and his new 5RM is now 150kg.

Youth Team ready to lift on the 4.15pm Youth Class.
Interested in your child joining our growing Youth Team then get in touch.
We want to get more girls into the sport and our adult classes are doing just that. We want this to continue with our youth classes.
... Youth Classes are for 11-16yr olds but I will consider a younger lifter on a case by case basis. ūüėĀ

Great to have him back.
Snatch with a pause at the knee. 2 reps at 25kg shown. Definitely has more in him but we need to work on his timing of getting under the bar.

Toby is gaining so much confidence from youth weightlifting under Paul’s careful supervision. Working on his technique and having lots of fun in the process. Paul operates a safe individually tailored coaching environment where technique and form must be in place before increasing weight. Can’t wait to watch Toby progress.

My son has been here now for a couple of weeks and loves it he's learnt so much in a short space of time Paul explains in great detail about the different exercises and all the kids look like their having great time and lots of fun would highly recommend Paul to anyone ÔŅĹ

Just finished my first week at AWLC and absolutely love it! I'm a beginner and Pauls coaching and explanation is done in a way that you can really understand and each class I can feel improvement. Really friendly and welcoming gym and there are loads of classes everyday to suit everyone. Because there there are limited numbers in the classes, it means that more time can be spent with you.

If you like weight lifting this is a great gym, if you've always wanted to try weightlifting this is a great gym! I wish there'd been something like this years ago. Paul is a fantastic coach whatever stage you're at. Classes are always well explained and good fun but he has an eagle eye on technique!

I did a drop in at AWLC and I was really impressed with the equipment, space, coaching and atmosphere. There was a junior class on at the time who looked like they were loving it and I even got some pointers from Paul who seems to have eyes in the back of his head when it comes to technique!

I’d say that if you’re struggling to increase your PB or weights feel awkward/heavy and are resulting in discomfort in general then do a drop in and see what Paul can do for you!

Great gym and great classes. All the equipment is brand new and very looked after. Every class is different and conducted very well. I’ve learnt a lot in the last few weeks and will be carrying on for the foreseeable future...
