amazing careing staff couldnt ask for more, so friendly and helpfull. took my old girl nelly in yesterday with an ear problem vet that looked after her was fantastic an found the problem straight away now have a very happy dog again

We have been taking our GSD here since we got him and he loves it. The receptionists and vets always make a huge fuss of him. Today we took our chihuahua In for the first time she had hurt her paw and was clearly I pain. She is a very nervous girl due to a bad start in life before we got her. I'm delighted with how she was treated!! The vet took the time to get to know her and gain her trust, treated her paw and gave her a full check up. It really warms my heart to see such a dog lover. Thank you very much for a fab service will definitely be recommending you xxx

We have always been treated with the utmost of care and compassion.



When we rescued a cat, who had many issues, Andale waived a few of the costs to ensure we could get her back to health.



I can never fault their treatment of any of our furry family, it has always been perfect. Especially when our rabbit passed away... the desire to make a hard time better was clear from the start. They even gave our little girl (3 years old) some pencils and an activity book to entertain her whilst they took a paw print for us to cherish.

Unfortunately had to have my dog Archie put to sleep last week, the vet and all of the staff i dealt with throughtout this painful experience were all absolutely amazing & So understanding. Cannot reccommend them highly enough and would never go to another vets surgery. Thank you to all of you xx

This is a Fabulous Vets ..My Bestest Boy Sparky wasn't 100% so I took him yesterday to see what was wrong with him. Staff are so friendly & caring .. he even got a goody bag for Xmas. After some tests and a short wait i was told he had Diabetes.. Maria was amazing she explained it all to me and even gave me a hug when I got a little upset. That's what you want from a Vet when you go to feel that they care about your pet as much as the owners and they certainly do. It's going to be a challenge injecting Sparky every day but I know without doubt I have the Support from all the staff anytime. Thank You xx

Thank you for your beautiful card on the passing of are beautiful boy Nero. Thank you for all the care and love you showed him before his passing. We truly are heartbroken but take comfort knowing we all tried our best to make his life a little bit better.

Sadly on Tuesday we had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl Maddie. I cannot thank Michelle and the team for all that they did for her. They made her last moments peaceful and calm. You're truly a great team who genuinely care for our pets. Thank you so much for all that you do not only from me but from Maddie too �

My visits to the surgery are always an absolute joy. The vets and all of the nursing staff are so friendly. You never feel as if you are being rushed through without all of your questions being answered. The best vets I have ever dealt with. Keep up the great work.

Id just like to say how amazing Andale vets is. We recently lost our cat Frank, not only did Andale vets do everything they could to save him, they treated him and our family with so much respect when we made the very hard decision that it was best to let Frank go. We picked up his ashes today, they were presented beautifully and there was a lovely hand written card from everyone at Andale, it was such a beautiful touch and we can't thank Andale vets and everyone who works there enough. We still take our puppy here, Toby, and they are so good with him and he loves being made a fuss of my everyone there! Thanks again

I've been taking our two cats, Rosie and Jasmine, to Andale for aboit a year or so now. Jasmine, a bit of an unsociable lady with strangers, had one of the best visits to the vets since I took her on. She usually hisses and spits for the entire time but, after some kind treatment from the nurse, she stayed perfectly calm whilst being vaccinated. The vets haven't just been considerate with Rosie and Jasmine, they treated me in the same way too, unlike some vets I've visited in the past who are all too happy to take your money before moving onto the next patient. Its not just the medically trained staff who operate with such high standards though, the reception staff have been a pleasure to correspond with on every visit. Keep up the good work everyone!

I wasn't registered at this vets but my cat had been attacked, and they were the closest vets around. Firstly the receptionist was amazing, she was very empathetic as I was in bits trying to explain what had happened.

Secondly, the vet who took my cat straight through, and looked after her so well, was wonderful and thankfully my cat is now making a full recovery.

I honestly cannot thank the staff enough. Sadly we had to make the tough decision to let our labrador Ted go to sleep last week. The staff couldnt do enough, they comforted my wife and daughter at a really difficult time as i was away with work. They also kept me updated by phone with what was going on through to his final moments. Since then they have helped with paper work for insurance, with arrangements for ted and also took a paw print and sent out a card to our daughter and personalised it for her which has been a great comfort for her. You all went absolutely above and beyond thorugh one of the most traumatic things we have ever had to do. We could never express our gratitude on a review and you will stay in our hearts forever as will Ted. Thank you for everything x

Hugo our cat was taken in following an accident we gather he has been clipped on his back end by a car, he was in great pain and was looked after brilliantly by Michaela one of the vets he went in a couple of days later And had his tail removed he is currently lying full length on the settee snoring his head off a big thankyou to them all at andale for the good job they did with him x

Great veterinary centre I drive 28 mile around trip to take my two dogs here that should tell you everything also check out the health care pay monthly plan it’s great value for money and gives you peace of mind.

Decided to take my puppy here after all of my past family pets were registered here.



As soon as we walked in, the receptionists made a massive fuss, and had a chat with us, didn't have much time to chat as we were seen to almost straight away!



Whilst getting his injections the vet (sorry, I can't remember his name!) explained to us that little Opie had an irregularly irregular arrhythmia and took his time to make sure we understood exactly what it was and what to keep an eye out for, also telling us what other health issues may be typical of his breed.



To top it all off he asked about our search for pet insurance and when I told him I was having difficultly, helped to sign us up to a free 4 weeks of Petplan which really helped to lift the weight while I searched for the right insurance. Opie got spoilt on the way out with treats and cuddles. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to care for our puppy. Excellent service from everyone there. The team are caring, very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. We would highly recommend Andale to anyone. ��

Always have great service, the receptionists and vets are always kind, polite, happy and especially generous with the dog treats : ) my dog loves it. She's a very nervous dog but she always feels reassured when going the vets because of the lovely warm welcome we get. Thankyou!!

Although my dog is scared of coming in, he is soon put at ease by the amazing staff! We moved over the bridge last year and I refuse to have him treated elsewhere :). Thankfully the team are more than happy to oblige. Thank you for your continuous great work! Owners of Hooch :) x
