Hi everybody. We'd like to inform you of a change to our Altrincham branch opening hours, starting the first week in September. We will be adding another dinner service on Tuesday nights, meaning we will now be open for dinner Tuesday through to Sunday. As we wish to focus on dinner service I'm afraid that we will no longer be opening for lunch. We will, however, honour any lunch reservations that have already been made for September. Thank you.

Hey have you ever had a Cambodian Sandwich before? We call it Num Pang, and we serve it for lunch! Baguette, coriander, cucumber, pickled carrots and choice of fillings from roast duck, lemongrass beef or chicken, sweet chili coconut prawns, tofu, or the crispy chicken glazed in chilies and honey like the picture below. We have rice plates, noodle bowls, and Cambodian style salads also.

Hey Vegans and Vegetarians, have you tried our Vegan Kuthiew? Kuthiew is traditionally made with beef bones simmered for hours, but we make a delicious vegan version using all plant base ingredients. The secret to really good vegan broth is Roasted Daikon, Asian pears, and preserved radish. We love it with a squeeze of lime, hoisin, and chili sauce.

Fish special tonight fresh from the market. Roasted Hake with Spicy Fermented Soy beans, and Cherry Tomato sauce. Serve with Jasmine Rice, and Garlic Tender Stems. 😋

Our Marple crew came up to Altrincham tonight!

We often get asked why we don't do a take-away service, and the answer is food doesn't travel well all the time. When you dine in, your food is taken to your table immediately after it's been cooked. Certain dishes needs to be eaten right away, and we don't want travel time, things wilting, or getting soggy to reflect what our food truly is. Also if something is wrong, you don't like a dish, we can sort that out right away, once it leaves the premise, we don't get the opportunity to make it right. We may be a super casual restaurant, but our integrity to our food, and what we do is not casual. Thanks for understanding 😊

Hey Altrincham thanks for making our first month of business awesome. We are bringing in spirits, and cocktails soon! We are still ironing out a lot of things at the moment, especially our downstairs dining area. Unfortunately it is not the most inviting at the moment, or the best seat in the house as it feels quite secluded. To make it more appealing we are offering 15% off the whole bill for anyone who gets seated downstairs. We are a small independent restaurant, and unfortunately we don't get our pick of the litter when it comes to space, and layout. We hope you come for the food because that is where we put our heart and souls into.

We went and tried the lunch menu. The food was amazing - so fresh and flavoursome, and it was great to try something different. The service was attentive and helpful.

User

Tried Angkor Soul Altrincham for the first time this week having never managed to make it out to the Marple site, having heard all the good reviews.

There is a good range on the menu, the food was fantastic and the service was 5*. The menu is comparatively pricey for the area, but definitely worth it. We will be back again soon!!

User

This restaurant is a little gem! The décor may not be the most solubrious but the food is super-tasty and the service is friendly, welcoming and efficient! I can recommend the cauliflower starter (wow!) and the Royal Amok main (delicious!)

User

The location is perfect and easy to find.

The food is amazing.

The staff and service is impeccable.

Definitely a recommendation to all who haven’t tried proper authentic Cambodian food.

Simply incredible. Utterly faultless!

We had lunch today and this meal will stay with me for a long time. We had summer rolls, crispy rolls, Spicy Lemongrass Sautee, and Cambodian beef broth.

Every dish was beautiful, and packed with freshness and flavour.

I n my beef broth I had brisket, meatballs and fillet steak as well as noodles, veggies and the most divine soul warming bone broth.

You must eat here... it's as simple as that!!!!
