we had a dinner here last nite 4 my mums bday the food was amazing and excellant service staff are very friendly and john the owner anything we asked we got i would highly recommemd this place 4 food

With my girlfriend we were very pleased to find a so lovely and welcoming place after a long journey. John the master of the "castle" is very thoughtful we enjoyed the bar and the restaurant where the service and the meal were perfect. The room was clean and the view, awesome. A place to visit again �

What an awesome b&b. Lovely comfortable room and bed, quite spacious. Great to find also a small friendly bar with Guinness on tap and lovely comfortable lounge. Breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant were totally top quality.

We where blown away with how lovely our meal was on Friday night, excellent food. Not to mention the great offer £15 for steak plus a free starter. The fire was lit too and it was lovely and cosy. We will defo be back and will recommend everyone we know ��

We stayed at Ardgort for a night over our Christmas vacation and absolutely fell in love with it’s charm. From the decor, to the bar/food, and MOST IMPORTANTLY Mr. John, we adored everything about our short stay! Cannot say enough good about this place or the people caring for it!

We had a lovely meal here last nite for my birthday so cosy and warm excellent food & service second to none ill be back for sure John & staff were so helpful i highly recomend Ardgort Country House .

We had a fabulous weekend and the food was amazing. Was two families and the staff and chef, Martin could not do enough for us making sure we had a lovely break. John Paul looked after us so well and the venue was out of this world. So looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay here. John was the perfect host. Our rooms were very clean and had a lovely homely feel. The meals were great as was the bar service. Loved the quaint decor and personal service. Highly recommend!!

Nothing is too much trouble for John - I felt sorry for him having to do everything but food is absolutely excellent, shower nice and hit and the balcony and views to die for - sooo lovely to be able to sit out

Just returned from a weekend break in Ardgort. Hosts John and Johnny second to none. Great welcome and attention during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room with a lovely view. Restaurant was excellent. Enjoyed a delicious meal in the evening and a great breakfast both mornings. Looking forward to returning in the not too distant future.

John is so lovely and friendly, I travel for work and stay in many places and this has to be one of the best, John made me feel very welcome and even got me a slice of cake for my bday � would recommend anyone to stay here

Had a fantastic family day here, booked in for 20 people and everything was super, were allowed plenty of time to all get settled in the bar and wait for everyone to arrive then we were seated and all the food came promptly and nobody had a bad word to say about it, they were even very accomadating for some of the more fussy eaters there, the soup to start was great and the ice cream was outstanding too

Four of us had a lovely stay here last night. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. Bedding and towels smelled really fresh and clean. Lots of hot water also. John who owns the place was very friendly and was always there if needed. Would thoroughly recommend to any one looking for a place to stay in Castlederg. Food was lovely also.

Fantastic Valentines Dinner at the fabulous Ardgort. Excellent service as always from John, Johnny and the team not forgetting Chef Sid Cochrane who's new tantalising menu didn't disappoint. The restaurant is simply outstanding, great music and ambiance.Thank you for a great evening and company. We will see you again very soon! xx

Beautiful Country House just five mins from town. The Ambience is cosy and relaxing so it was very easy to just chill out with a lovely evening meal and few drinks. John the propieter is such a gentleman and his welcome to his customers is one of the best we have encountered in a long time. Cant wait to revisit in the winter time when the fires are on ..

If you want true Irish hospitality this is the place! The rooms were a little dated but easily overlooked as heaps of character and wonderful hosts. We were glad we stayed here, couldn't have asked for better ☺
