I used to work in an office but now I'm an arms dealer! Nerf guns admittedly. I wanted to customise Nerfs to such detail that I'd want to buy them.
They can be used for cosplay, Nerf war or just as an amazing collectible (I've made several and kept them on display myself).

It's been a while but back to working on the Nerf Vortex and turning it into a scifi blaster. Detailing to get the effect of the bare steel through the edges. Some subtle, some not so subtle. Really like the shape of this blaster.

I've had two of my listings pulled from my Etsy page for infringement of copyright on the game Fortnite. I'd put tags for Fortnite on the listings (along with tags for Team Fortress and Counter Strike which I love) but they're not from the game. So they're off until this is resolved. Nice. Nothing to do with Fortnite, just an algorithm doing its thing.

The Piccadilly Symphony Orchestra playing the opening of the original theme of Battlestar Galactica at For The Love of Sci fi. It's a great score and hearing it live is fantastic. One of the best parts of the entire weekend. They played twice each day and this was the last time they played and I was determined to catch that opening first note. #bsg #ftlosf
After a busy weekend at For The Love of Sci Fi I'd like to thank everyone who stopped by and chatted or allowed me to photograph them. Two days can be a long time behind a table. I'd especially like to thank all the Mega City One Judges for taking the time to show off their costumes and tell me just how they get their individual looks. I'm especially grateful for the Judge helmet I got to buy which I now get the chance to build and weather.

Carl Weathers during his Q&A at For The Love of Sci fi. Very funny with great stories. A really great raconteur. I wanted to ask about his work on classic Vietnam War tv show Tour of Duty but never got the chance. Anyone else remember that? Anyway, I'm standing well back and the reason the pic looks blurry is that I'm using the zoom on my phone. I always take more than one shot in case ones blurry or out of focus. The first pic is the first shot. The second pic seems to show them looking at me, with shock, surprise or disgust on his face. The interviewer also seems to be staring. Like I've caught him midway through an anecdote.
