We visited yesterday for the first time to attend a birthday party. What a fab day we had. All the staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. The lady who hosted the party was excellent. (I will remember her name and comment later lol). The facilities were brilliant and my little boy had a ball. The food was also very nice. My one and only criticism was the temperature. I know the weather is particularly hot at the moment, but my word it's hot in that building. My child was drenched lol. The ceiling fans I think are a waste of money as they are so high up to make a difference. Please don't get me wrong, it didn't spoil anything for the kids. But the heat was almost unbearable and we were only there for 2 hours. I can't imagine it's pleasant for your staff to work in. But I know it's roasting outside and you work up a sweat anyway but maybe an idea to find a better way to cool it down.



That said we cant wait to come back lol. I'm looking forward to it. And it's so nice to see members of staff with a positive attitude and enjoying their jobs even if they are boiling hot ���

We visit quite often as my boys love it here. We went today and the cave experience has just opened so paid for them to do that and a hour jump session. They absolutely loved the cave and the staff were brilliant. I would definitely recommend giving the cave a go when visiting!!

Tonight was my first visit to Ascent & I had an awesome experience. I attended Sean's Trampoline Fitness Class! AMAZING! My only regret is not visiting sooner. All the staff I came across were friendly and helpful. Clean environment with a great atmosphere. I can't wait to come bouncing back! Thanks guys :)

Thank you to the all the staff who made Jamie leas birthday a good one. They all thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend it

We live a hour drive away but came for Mias party on 30/12 i think our hosts name was Gemma?? She was amazing, very caring, very attentive and very vigilant especially to my little boy who is just 3. I feel very anxious in trampoline parks as my sons a little dare devil but 'Gemma' put me at ease.

Its a great place and very clean.

We would make the journey to visit again xx

My children loved it.. the staff are brilliant and friendly with the children and help teach them do flips and tricks on the trampolines.. can’t fault this place at all.. certainly worth paying for and prices of food and drinks are cheap...

I took my lads here today haven't been since his birthday party on.... loved the new climbing wall and the new WIPE OUT that was brill my little one could not keep up and the staff slowed it down for him so he could play which was nice. Great day

Hi. I would just like to acknowledge something positive as all too often people only shout about the bad things!! I brought my son and his friend to Ascent today and unfortunately my sons friend lost £20. When I contacted Ascent to see if it had been found, Caroline and the manager went out of their way to investigate what had happened. When the park is busy in the school holidays it would have been very easy to push it aside. Caroline did what she said and returned my call as promised very quickly � . They had found where the money had gone with the help of CCTV and made arrangements to have it safely returned to me! Wow .. the customer service was second to non! Fantastic team! Thanks again! Your help was really appreciated and deserves to be recognised! � xxx

Had my twins Allie-Mae & Bethany's 7th birthday party there tonight (25th may) at the junior beat night. It was fantastic, the party host was brilliant, organisation was spot on as was the staff. They had a taster of the cave experience which was a nice surprise for them and they all said they had a brilliant time. Thank you for making there birthday special x

Had a absolutely fabulous time my boy decided last min that he wanted to take one of his friends for his birthday the staff were brilliant, and as it was quite on a school day when the boys were a bit nervous about getting on wipe out one of the staff jumped on to show them how and got wipe out them self made my boys day was hilarious, Thank you everyone we will defiantly be back

Fab extra toys out for the toddlers to play with, such as giant building blocks. Then played with by the very helpful and attentive member of staff. I think my little girl took quite a shine to him.

Came here today with my little boy.3 members off staff played with him for half a hour he loved it and wouldn’t leave them alone.I’m sure we will be back very soon!

Absolutely brilliant worth every penny, the reason for 4 stars is its hard to find � we came on the bus and struggled to find you. It apart from that the cafe was nice and not expensive like most of these places.

Think there needs to be better air conditioning than a few very small ceiling fans that weren’t very effective. We went on a particularly hot day admittedly, but trampolining is a very high energy sport so even on a cool day, most kids will be hot, sweaty & red faced. Also although the trampolining is probably not bad value. All the add ons they now offer can put parents under pressure & make it very expensive.

Had my sons 8th birthday party here on Saturday, was met by the host (can’t remember her name) who stayed with the party throughout. She was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough. The food for the party was good too plenty for the kids. However there was an issue with a member of the staff and the way he spoke to my son. After the safety briefing my son was eager to get on the meltdown which he went on, however within minutes Marshall in charge stopped it and proceeded to shout at my son advising if he doesn’t do it properly (when the lower bit spins round jump - my son was lying down after nearly being hit by the other bit so didn’t have time to get back up) he will get him off it and will ensure he won’t be back on it for the whole day by telling other Marshall’s to not let him on (this was witnessed by other parents at the party).When I asked him not to speak to my son like that his attitude was stinking and proceeded to say ‘like what’. He then walked away. My girlfriend spoke to the host and requested the manager however he did not turn up and still waiting a response from our review card left at the reception. This one incident spoilt what would have been a fantastic party so pretty disappointing.

2 bad experiences here unfortunately, first having booked the party room for a leavers function we arrived to be told it had been double booked & would have to wait, were given a table to use in the canteen area however there were flies everywhere due to the uncleared tables...not nice! Second experience, booked onto the high school opening day event, advert stated an hour & 30 minutes jump time included in price, reality was jump time was virtually non existent! Didn't get what we paid for, instead the kids played dodgeball, & had use of the cave, climb wall & meltdown, came away extremely dissatisfied. Moral of the story don't always believe what's advertised!

I brought my son and his friend to Ascent today and unfortunately my sons friend lost £20. When I contacted Ascent to see if it had been found, Caroline and the manager went out of their way to investigate what had happened. When the park is busy in the school holidays it would have been very easy to push it aside. Caroline did what she said and returned my call as promised very quickly � . They had found where the money had gone with the help of CCTV and made arrangements to have it safely returned to me! Wow .. the customer service was second to non! Fantastic team! Thanks again! Your help was really appreciated and deserves to be recognised! � xxx

Had my twins Allie-Mae & Bethany's 7th birthday party there tonight (25th may) at the junior beat night. It was fantastic, the party host was brilliant, organisation was spot on as was the staff. They had a taster of the cave experience which was a nice surprise for them and they all said they had a brilliant time. Thank you for making there birthday special x

Had a absolutely fabulous time my boy decided last min that he wanted to take one of his friends for his birthday the staff were brilliant, and as it was quite on a school day when the boys were a bit nervous about getting on wipe out one of the staff jumped on to show them how and got wipe out them self made my boys day was hilarious, Thank you everyone we will defiantly be back

Girls loved the cave and their bounce session. Sweating from a good work out. I was impressed that the cafe area was a decent size.

First time at Ascent today for parent and toddler session. My daughter loved it! Much better value for money than other trampoline parks we’ve visited. Kids music blasting, toast and juice for the little people, soft toys to play with and the whole park to run around in. Absolutely 5*’s �

Fantastic place to take my 2 year old and her friends. The toddler sessions are great, really quite so the kids can run free. Fab extra toys out for the toddlers to play with, such as giant building blocks. Then played with by the very helpful and attentive member of staff. I think my little girl took quite a shine to him.

Came here today with my little boy.3 members off staff played with him for half a hour he loved it and wouldn’t leave them alone.I’m sure we will be back very soon!

Absolutely brilliant worth every penny, the reason for 4 stars is its hard to find � we came on the bus and struggled to find you. It apart from that the cafe was nice and not expensive like most of these places.

Think there needs to be better air conditioning than a few very small ceiling fans that weren’t very effective. We went on a particularly hot day admittedly, but trampolining is a very high energy sport so even on a cool day, most kids will be hot, sweaty & red faced. Also although the trampolining is probably not bad value. All the add ons they now offer can put parents under pressure & make it very expensive.

Had my sons 8th birthday party here on Saturday, was met by the host (can’t remember her name) who stayed with the party throughout. She was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough. The food for the party was good too plenty for the kids. However there was an issue with a member of the staff and the way he spoke to my son. After the safety briefing my son was eager to get on the meltdown which he went on, however within minutes Marshall in charge stopped it and proceeded to shout at my son advising if he doesn’t do it properly (when the lower bit spins round jump - my son was lying down after nearly being hit by the other bit so didn’t have time to get back up) he will get him off it and will ensure he won’t be back on it for the whole day by telling other Marshall’s to not let him on (this was witnessed by other parents at the party).When I asked him not to speak to my son like that his attitude was stinking and proceeded to say ‘like what’. He then walked away. My girlfriend spoke to the host and requested the manager however he did not turn up and still waiting a response from our review card left at the reception. This one incident spoilt what would have been a fantastic party so pretty disappointing.

2 bad experiences here unfortunately, first having booked the party room for a leavers function we arrived to be told it had been double booked & would have to wait, were given a table to use in the canteen area however there were flies everywhere due to the uncleared tables...not nice! Second experience, booked onto the high school opening day event, advert stated an hour & 30 minutes jump time included in price, reality was jump time was virtually non existent! Didn't get what we paid for, instead the kids played dodgeball, & had use of the cave, climb wall & meltdown, came away extremely dissatisfied. Moral of the story don't always believe what's advertised!

We visited yesterday for the first time to attend a birthday party. What a fab day we had. All the staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. The lady who hosted the party was excellent. (I will remember her name and comment later lol). The facilities were brilliant and my little boy had a ball. The food was also very nice. My one and only criticism was the temperature. I know the weather is particularly hot at the moment, but my word it's hot in that building. My child was drenched lol. The ceiling fans I think are a waste of money as they are so high up to make a difference. Please don't get me wrong, it didn't spoil anything for the kids. But the heat was almost unbearable and we were only there for 2 hours. I can't imagine it's pleasant for your staff to work in. But I know it's roasting outside and you work up a sweat anyway but maybe an idea to find a better way to cool it down.



That said we cant wait to come back lol. I'm looking forward to it. And it's so nice to see members of staff with a positive attitude and enjoying their jobs even if they are boiling hot ���

We live a hour drive away but came for Mias party on 30/12 i think our hosts name was Gemma?? She was amazing, very caring, very attentive and very vigilant especially to my little boy who is just 3. I feel very anxious in trampoline parks as my sons a little dare devil but 'Gemma' put me at ease.

Its a great place and very clean.

We would make the journey to visit again xx

My children loved it.. the staff are brilliant and friendly with the children and help teach them do flips and tricks on the trampolines.. can’t fault this place at all.. certainly worth paying for and prices of food and drinks are cheap...

Massive thank you to Ascent for the prize giveaway. We had a fantastic family morning & the pizza came in handy watching England. Brilliant facilities, amazing staff who you should be proud of & great communication. We're regular customers & always reccond you! Thank you.

I took my lads here today haven't been since his birthday party on.... loved the new climbing wall and the new WIPE OUT that was brill my little one could not keep up and the staff slowed it down for him so he could play which was nice. Great day
