Huge shout out to Mark Bromilow who competed at in the WORLD SERISE STRONGMAN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE over in Finland this weekend just gone.
A top ten finish for this lad who is truly international standard in the under 90kg division.
We were proud that Mark represented Asgard by wearing one of our T shirts. Marks coach, Delroy Mcqueen and Asgardian John MacDonald made the journey over with Mark in support.

Donna & Dan have been with us from the very start of Asgard and today marks their 100th week of employment.
They have worked tirelessly and always go above and beyond for Asgard. We are so happy that they are Generals of the Asgard Army and very much part of our family.
Sadly though, we will be saying Good by to Dan in September. Dan is leaving as an employee because of the success of his Personal Training business which he wants to focus on.

This place is pretty awesome. It has a really welcoming atmosphere - friendly members and staff. I am really impressed with the amount and variety of equipment - and it is all very high quality. Definitely looking forward to spending more time here!

The best gym I've had the pleasure of stepping foot in. The atmosphere, the people. It really is a pleasure to train in. Dan, paul, Kate and everyone else involved in running the gym have put together a fresh gym with amazing equipment.

It has something for everyone. Get yourselves down there.

Really nice atmosphere, a serious gym, the staff are friendly, great range of weights and machines. Love at first sight! Recommended highly to anyone in the Suffolk area or travelling through, and need a good workout session. Mirrors, good lighting too for them selfies .... just saying haha. ����

Really impressed with Asgard. Fairly new to the area and living in a little village I really struggled to find a decent gym near me that had a focus on free weights and weight machines (cardio is not my thing..). Accidentally stumbled across Asgard and am so pleased I did. So SO excited for muay thai classes to start in the new year, as finding a place to do martial arts has also been a huge struggle. Asgard has filled a void in my life! Staff super friendly. Good amount of machines. Love the fact that it's not in the middle of town so is easy to get to. And the best bit - THREE squat racks... yes THREE! This makes me more happy than Nutella on toast. My only suggestion is could you do a rock music night. I'd much rather lift to Metallica than Little Mix :p



- just to add, being a girl I'm used to the odd derogatory comment I get when I'm in the gym, especially in the free weights area, or being made to feel intimidated by big hench lads who've clearly never seen a leg day in their life. Seems the standard of gyms like The Gym and other big corporates. Can safely say all the current customers of Asgard are all super friendly. Everyone seems to have a common goal and with that everyone just minds their own business and cracks on. Friendly enough if you want to ask a question though. There's a really good atmosphere :)

Probably the best gym I have been in packed with equipment to suit all types of training needs.

And everyone just goes about their training not really paying any attention to anyone else what I’m trying to say there is no ego monsters in there at all.

Loved training here have only trained on day passes but think I will join and I live in Bury St Edmunds about a 15 mile drive that’s how much I liked it.

I've been going to this gym for about 5 months now, and I absolutely love it. It's really well equipt, a great size and suitable for pretty much anyone at any stage of fitness. There is also a real sense of community, and I love that people here respect each other and the equipment. When I first joined I felt slightly out of place because i'm not very big or strong, but that changed really quickly because most of the members, and all of the Asgard team are friendly, approachable and willing to help if needed. I highly reccomend this gym for anyone who takes their fitness goals seriously, and wants to work out in a great atmosphere.

I would highly recommend this gym. They are always adding new equipment and keeping us all on our toes wondering what to expect next! The PT’s are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and you know you are in good hands with them. Absolutely fantastic guys thank you so much for caring about your clients �

Great equipment and well laid out. You can tell the owners have a passion for what they have built, creating a positive atmosphere. Well worth looking at if it's a gym in your area. Or just travelling to for the odd session. Highly recommend!!

It's not as scary as you think

Easily the best gym in the West Suffolk area. After a few disappointing and expensive experiences at other local gyms, I was really pleasantly surprised with Asgard and what it had to offer.

Happy to say that they heavily support a very friendly relaxed environment here, where you can work on any equipment or machine with no judgement whatsoever. Members were also happy to offer help and advice when asked.



They also offer emergency services and military discount here so if you are a current serving (Or Ex service) public servant you can get a great subscription price with very flexible opening hours

Been going here for about a year now and it is a Fantastic place to train for any type of fitness goal always clean and well set out.

Awesome gym with great people.
