Anyone tried RPM?
RPM™ is our indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories* a workout and get fit fast. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a RPM class today.
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

We can help keep your children busy over the half term holidays. For children aged 8 - 14 years old, children take part in activities such as, football, tennis, obstacle courses, team games, pool inflatable and Wii games just to name a few. Children will need to bring along a pack lunch and their swimming wear. A tracksuit is the best form of clothing to wear and trainers must always be worn. We also recommend children bring a bottle that can be refilled during the day. Active camp runs Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. Call 01942 720826 or pop in to the Centre for further details.
Our summer holiday timetable!
Youth Football this evening at 5pm has been cancelled today, everything should be back to normal next week.
We have a range of swimming lessons starting from next week. We have intensive swimming courses - teaching children basic skills of swimming. A special offer of £17.50 on our one to one swimming lessons for daytime lessons. Distance awards taking place on 23rd August and brand new to our programme we have premium swimming lessons for stage 1, a maximum of 4 in the class and the teacher in the water.
Summer holidays are fast approaching and we have lots of activities to keep the kiddies busy; active camp, distance awards, stroke improvers, and intensive swimming courses just to name a few. For further information please contact Reception on 01942 720826.

We will be running Ducklings block lessons on Mondays and Fridays 10.30am throughout the summer holidays.

Would just like to day a big Thank You to all the staff today....especially the lads in the pool who looked after my daughter and her friends at her party.
The lifeguards were so helpful, friendly and really made the day much more enjoyable!
They couldn't do enough....

The gym is awesome since the refurbishment, there's also a great availability and selection of classes, a friendly environment - what's not to love �

Took my daughter and her friend for 'fun n floats time. They loved it. Nice warm water. Friendly staff.
Really good value swimming session (Swim Tots) for under 2s. Staff are very good making it fun and also starting to teach some basic swimming skills. I also swim myself here and find the facilities much cleaner and warmer than many other local community leisure centres. You regularly see staff properly cleaning the changing rooms. I play badminton with my other half which at less than £5 for a court at the weekend is a bargain. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars is that I find most of the staff extremely helpful, friendly and efficient but occasionally the receptionists can be a little slow and lacking in common sense (Making you wait to pay for Swim Tots until 10 minutes before the session starts even though it takes me much longer than 10 minutes to get myself and my baby changed!).
My daughter has had swimming lessons here and the staff, especially Rebecca who is her instructor, are great!
But unorganised to start needs more structure and guidance for new members like me - will persevere!!! Thanks Zac for your help

I don't think that school staff should be aloud to park at the centre when they have their own car park at the back. I have to park on the main road which is dangerous and I'm sure very inconvenient for the home owners.
This needs to be rectified asap before accidents occur.
Just used the sauna. A girl about 16/17 sat fully dressed with wearing dirty trainers which were on the bench (unbelievable). Perhaps a big sign telling people to read the instructions on the door coming out of the changing rooms as you enter the area would be a good idea. That and getting rid of the music as a sauna is supposed to be a quiet area. Finally with a 2.8 mill budget did no one allow £3 for a wall clock in the gym?
Hardest gym to join ever, got to book an induction or you carnt use the gym, you would think they were paying you as you have to do the induction when it suits them not when it's convenient for you, got to go in and get a key today, was hoping to have session while I was there but I think I'll just cancel my contract because there completely wasting my time!!!
Absolutely disgusted was waiting for my husband in reception while he finish at the gym.
Hearing a member of staff swearing over the till to another staff member ....vile !
