i have now used this company a few times its the best place for car parts and it has the best customer service you will not disappointed i will recommend to everyone and fantastic service and express delivery thanks PAUL and the guys at ASWR

These guys are great; really competitive prices, super speedy service and all the items are well packed. I managed to get my e30 fixed with a tight deadline, as ASWR got the parts to me on time. Paul manages to combine his position as no 1 salesman along with a painting ability that would shame da vinci (if he'd ever been able to use satin black)

These guys also do exports and they are 100% reliable. I recently had a car accident where I broke the subframe of my X5. I looked up on the internet for this spare part. a new one would have cost me 1000+ USD and would have only been delivered 6 weeks later but I found it at ASWR for less than 250 USD. I phoned the ASWR at 10:00 AM, very professional and very friendly, Neil was a STAR. Not only did he respond to my emails each time within 5 minutes, he also checked wether the subframe was the right one for my car based on the car serial ID and the spare part serial number. (I wasn't expecting them to go this extra mile) but they did it and I was more reassured that I was dealing with professionals. I wired them the money at 2 PM. 30 minutes later Neil confirmed UPS picked up the parcel for delivery to SWITZERLAND. Now my car is back on the road thanks to ASWR - Neil- and my mechanic of course. BIG THANKS Neil !

Thank you very much for your excellent assistance, help and super quick delivery with the 19" 4 series alloy wheel I purchased from you. I was upset when I got curb rash on mine and with it being diamond cut they wanted a fortune to refurbish it and I am sure it wouldn’t have looked as good as the new wheel from you which was a fantastic buy - it is brand new. To finish it off my local BMW dealer shockingly fitted it for free this morning - so my 4 series is looking perfect again :)

I was looking for a replacement boot lid for my BMW 320d and I was struggling to find one that was of good quality and in the right colour. I spoke with Neil after coming across ASWR and he was simply brilliant.



I was so pleased with the boot lid he supplied me with and once fitted it looked superb. The quality was brilliant and it looked better than the original boot lid I had on the car!



Neil's customer service during my customer journey was outstanding and he took the time to listen to my request, made sure the boot lid was correct and that it was sent out ASAP. The price he charged was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Neil to anyone who is looking to purchase parts for their BMW.

I stumbled across ASWR while trawling the internet for parts for my 1989 BMW 320 convertible - the convertibles are "challenging" when it comes to subtle differences between them and other models.



I've been really impressed with the service they offer - great communication by email to resolve any queries, and what looks like a really efficient "back office" system.



I particularly like the traceability they have put in place for all parts. When a car comes in, it is tested as far as possible, then dismantled and every part tagged so that it can be traced back to the donor car. In my case, Neil was able to show that the used power steering pump I was considering came from an immaculate 1991 crash-damaged car with only 71,000 miles on the clock. Got to be worth a punt at £38 delivered with a 90 day warranty.



I've ordered a couple of parts so far - they arrived really well packaged and the next-day delivery by Interlink was exemplary, and believe me I've used every courier under the sun over the years! The next-day delivery is included in the headline price, so bear that in mind when making comparisons with other suppliers.



Not many breakers bother with the E30 models any more, so it's getting harder to find parts. I'm so grateful that Neil and his colleagues at ASWR are committed to supporting these older models and have already made them my first port of call for further parts.

I really can't say enough about the amazing service I received from Neil at ASWR! He was very patient and helpful during our correspondence, which lasted over a month! Neil definitely went above and beyond in trying to figure out a way to get me the part that I was looking for, even though I was overseas and there was a significant time difference.

I needed a blower motor for my BMW and as it turned out, quite a difficult part to get hold of. These guys had the one I needed, they did checks to make sure the part was correct, very reassuring. I ordered it lunchtime and had it 24hrs later, brilliant service and customer care, quick to answer questions, great correspondence. I would highly recommend them. I have a bmw e46 that I use on track for drifting and I've been struggling for a very long time sourcing a certain radiator hose, from the expansion bottle to the heater matrix. I called up everywhere, bmw, parts stores and failed to even find the part.



I then rang UP #ASWR and spoke to a top bloke called Neil. He listened to what I needed, said he would call me back or email me to let me know. He did exactly that. At first with a diagram of the radiator setup and then another email with a ebay link to the exact hose I have been after for ages.



The guy took 20 mins out of his time to help a man in need out and try to at least find the part for me, without a sale as they didn't have the part of in. Top bloke and top service and their knowledge pulled through where others lacked. Even main dealer! Recommended to anyone and I'll certainly be spreading the word about ASWR

I have a 26 year old E30 and I need a power steering pipe which BMW no longer make. Neil at ASWR was so incredibly helpful, he got back to me very quickly to tell me that they didn't have one in stock, but then contacted his own network of E30 owners and helped me to locate a part. Level of service over and beyond what was required, incredibly helpful and friendly at the same time. Thoroughly recommend these guys!!
