Just got back from a 7 week trip to New Zealand travelling around both North and South islands with a few days in Sydney to start the trip off. Trisha and the team at Clitheroe organised all my flights and hotels and did a first class job. A great team always efficient and ready to got the extra mile for the client.

If you do this adventure it's 23 hours flying time so go Business Class with Emirates.

I would like to say a big, big thank you to Trisha Maskell for her tremendous help she gave to me when booking our holiday. My husband and I have just returned from Westin Hotel Resort, Mauritius in December 2014. We had a slight disagreement with the holiday reps of the package we had booked.



Trisha what a star, she heard about it all and got it all sorted out within a short time, where as the reps were not really interested. After the problem was sorted, we then were treated extremely well by Rishi and Azagen.



We would certainly book another holiday with Avista with the personal touch we received and would recommend them to friends.

Nothing has been too much trouble for Donna and her super team. Always on hand to answer my random questions and the service has been way better than you would get from a larger travel company where you're just "another traveller".



My tickets came last week and in the envelope was a compliment slip to say that the seats had been pre-booked and the booking reference so I didn't have to hunt for it if I wanted to change them. Great service - will definitely come back again to book the next one.

Booked for the first time with Avista travel a large group of us were going to a wedding in Thailand and we were taking my father who was 83 with us. All traveling on different dates and times but ending up at the same place for the wedding. Well hats off to Avista everything was perfect including all connections and assault stance for my dad. Massive thanks to Sam :-)
