Went to Awesome Walls for a rock climbing taster session. - we absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. Our instructor Tony was brilliant, he taught us what we needed to know for a first session climbing and also what we could learn in follow up sessions. We loved climbing and found everyone at Awesome Walls really helpful and friendly
Went climbing today and some clever person put on some slow classical music,which really made me slow down and think about my form and elegance when climbing. Then it was turned off and back to scramble scramble.
We had a fantastic first rock climbing experience here at awesome walls! Staff and fellow climbers were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the lady who was our mentor during our taster session who’s name I’ve unfortunately forgotten! Will definitely be back 😊
We are there every week with our 8 year old daughter. She loves it! ����

The outdoor sports students from Buxton & Leek College love going to awesome walls in Stockport whether that be in class time or in their own to improve their climbing skills. the staff are always helpful and friendly (in fact some of our current and ex students work their :) ) the routes are always changing and challenging. Highly recommended
Staff were friendly and good with the kids. They gave lots of advise and reassured the kids when they were struggling
My 6 year old climbs every weekend and loves it. !!!
Lovely way to spend a day off! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Will come back for sure :)

I take our Scout group here once a term. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the Scouts are made to feel very welcome by them and the other users of the walls. It's one of the more popular events in our Scouting calendar.
I really.enjoy climbing here. All the staff are helpful and friendly. It very reasonably priced. Unfortunately I can only go when my friend is as I don't drive but it is worth the wait in my opinion x
I first went to awesome walls, stockport out of curiosity. I was met by really friendly and helpful staff so booked my wife and I on a taster session. Having never climbed before, Lewis was really helpful and walked us through step by step, after this we were hooked! I strongly recommend this to anyone from complete beginner to advanced lead climber whether a kids party or getting back in to the sport the staff are extremely professional and always on hand to help! Thanks guys!! 10/10 :)
Held my daughters 7th birthday here, after she visited with her Aunty earlier in the year. Had so many comment ma from parents saying how much their kid loved it and wants to go climbing there again. The instructors were fab with the kids and they took into account some of the complexes needs of some of the party guests. All the staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend highly enough and thank them for such a fab party
Had lessons here just over a year ago and can't rate it high enough. Excellent tuition in a great environment. I went alone and found other people were really friendly and helpful. I climb elsewhere now due to logistics but miss the place and will make the effort to revisit soon.
First time taking my daughter & her friend (both 13) to the two hour kids club, they loved it & cant wait to go back. Would highly recommend it, haven't seen them this enthusiastic & giddy about going back somewhere.
Been coming here a few weeks now, as a complete novice. Had first coaching session tonight and really enjoyed it :) Everyone is super friendly and helpful...love it!
