Went with friends last night to celebrate my 50th birthday; food and service was amazing .Thankyou so much for making it a wonderful birthday

We phoned ahead to make a booking for 4 people and we were really glad that we did. Very busy on a Friday night but the service from the staff was excellent, as was the food. We decided to take a walk so we could enjoy the extensive drinks selection and we weren't disappointed. This was our first visit but we will definitely return. Great - menu, food, staff, service and atmosphere. Lovely to have something like this locally!

We love going here anyway but had a fab evening at the bbq they recently hosted!

Visited for the first time tonight and had such a lovely time. The food was amazing and the service fantastic. Very friend staff and the whole place runs so smoothly. Lovely little touches, especially the rose given to myself and my mother as we left. Will deffo be back. Thank you Babar Elephant.

I went to the Barba Elephant on Saturday night with my husband, brother and sister in law. It was the first time we had been. My husband is in a wheelchair, the staff made us feel very welcome, they were friendly and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, we had such a great evening. The food was fantastic, the cocktails were gorgeous. We most definitely go again. Thank you for making it a most enjoyable evening.

I live in Los Angeles but make sure to get my Barbar fix whenever I am in Manchester. The quality, service and atmosphere is amazing! Hands down the best Indian food I have ever ate!! Everyone should give themselves a gift and try this place!!

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while , after hearing all the great reviews, I visited last night with two friends, and it didn't disappoint! Lovely ambience and gorgeous food! Will definitely be coming back loved it!

Heard lots of good things about this restaurant and so we decided to give it a go one Sunday afternoon and we were not disappointed. It’s a lovely restaurant to sit in, a very nice atmosphere, well decorated and easy going music. The staff were excellent, making sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed without being overbearing. All staff were friendly and made a real effort to make us feel welcome with our two year old little boy who made a bit of a mess knocking over a drink. The food was delicious and we will most certainly be back with friends!

Had a lovely family meal here last night, food was fantastic, service was great and the staff were really good with our 2 young children. Highly recommended.

Go there at least once a week they alway try to fit us in whenever we turn up. Staff are the most polite and helpful I’ve ever come across. Service and the food are brilliant, never had a bad meal there. Would recommend you give it a try.

Food is very good , have been on three occasions twice midweek once Saturday .The Saturday night visit was not recommended four people pushed into small space on not enough room for plates service very rushed don't think there are enough tables or space for the bookings they take .Midweek was fine as the restaurant not as busy
