the best indian food I've had the fish and chicken were out of this world

spice and heat just right never had cheese on grilled fish before but the paneer made it

We've eaten at a few Babar Elephant 's but this was by far the best. All four of us commented on the great food served. Shame they closed down the Fence restaurant that was very good and better than Foulridge for some reason. Same menu but not the same taste

Not only is the atmosphere and service great but the curries are some of the best in Lancaster. It's reasonably priced and the sheer variety of dishes makes me go back again and again to try different dishes. Can't recommend it enough.

I've eaten at restaurants up and down the country. This by far has been my best experience. The staff are friendly and the food is absolutely mouth-watering and sensational.

I went for date night with the hubby last night and the food was amazing and the staff were great, couldnt ask for a better place to eat, oh and the manager was really kind aswell even got a little suprise whilst we waited for the taxi :)

After a VERY last minute change of plan for our wedding anniversary last night, we found ourselves almost stumped but turned up without a booking in the hope of a table. When we got there, you were full to the rafters yet you didn't turn us away, instead sat us at the bar area whilst you went a sorted us a table for two. The food was unbelievable and the service we got, from start to finish, was second to none. Despite our non booking, you didn't rush us either and we were sat for hours eating and drinking enjoying our night. Not only will we be back, but it will be a regular thing! Thank you so much.

We had a meal last night .food was ok nothing special.staff were very friendly but to much in your face always at your table getting u to buy drinks tbh it was very pricey for just 2 people..never been b4 don’t think we will be bk soon

Lovely restaurant great staffer but the food was disappointing� the dips you get with your poppadoms!! The mango chutney was watered down so much it was tastles�� in fact they were all tasteless, I had a mixed biryani and a veg curry sauce but asked for a very,Very mild sauce has I have a mouth condition and the waiter assured me it was Not hot��� and it was very very hot!! So much so I could not eat my rice. When I told the waiter he was very nice and said he would change the sauce to a Korma which is usely very mild. But oh no this to was spicey so I could not eat it at all. I told them but no comment was made. All my friends tried it and agreed with me that it was very hot & spicy!! I will say one good thing the onion barges were the best ever�. But until you tell your chef not to put hot spices into All dishes we will not be visiting you again�
