had my gender scan yesterday and it was amazing! Very detailed and lovely room.



Lady on reception was lovely and friendly and the lady who scanned me who's name was Angela was also really friendly and talked us through what everything was on the screen and although out little girl was stubborn she checked a few times to make sure she was a girl... thank you again xx

We went on sunday for a scan in Burnley but afterwards we realised they had put the wrong ladys name on my photos and dvd of my baby, i emailed and they did a whole rescan on tuesday.. They was so lovely and dealt with the situation so professionally. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I had the same lady scan me with both my children and she was just so so lovely. Massive 5*! Thankyou.

We went for a gender scan at the Manchester branch today after a not so good nhs scan. We decided to take our little boy too. The lady was brilliant and made us all feel at ease. She included our son in the experience which was brilliant and despite the awkward position the baby was in, we found out we were expecting a healthy little girl . The lady was brilliant and very patient. Defiantly recommend , lovely experience.

We have had 2 scans (well 3 because of a re-scan) at Babybond Manchester now. We went for an early gender scan and a 4d bonding scan and both were amazing! The staff were lovely and accommodating with us also bringing our toddler along with us. Our little one wasn't cooperative on our first 4d bonding scan so we came back for a re-scan and it was perfect. I will and already have recommended babybond to friends and family and will definitely go back when we eventually have another baby. Fantastic, I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you babybond!

Really pleased with our experience. Staff were great and scan was so thorough and professional. They really took their time to go through everything being ok and talked through what was what on screen after a very quick discovery of a boy baby! Slightly higher prices that other locations but really worth it. We had early scan at different provider (St Helens location) and were appalled, the place was tacky and cheap to say the least, so we were a little nervous ahead of our gender scan but came away very happy. We weren't rushed at all and our 4 year old was chuffed to hear he's getting a brother and keeps talking about the heartbeat sound. We were given many pictures too. Would highly recommend Babybond to anyone. Thank you for our experience.

I would highly recommend u have your scans with babybond...we had our gender scan at Preston at 16 weeks and we have just had a 4d scan at 30 weeks, we turned up a week early at 8.30pm and the ladies was more than happy to scan me around 9pm, my little princess wasn't for moving her legs so we couldn't see her face but the lovely lady suggested we try again around 9.30. We left around 10pm. A big Thanku for making me and my family welcome and u went the extra mile so we could see our princess. XXXX

I had an early scan and gender scan at Babybond NW! I would highly recommend using them all the steff are really welcoming, caring and really make you feel at ease! I just found on on the 6/12/15 that I am having a beautiful baby boy I was really pleased that mine and my boyfriends parents were able to attend the appointment with us and he's their first grandchild!

I and my husband went for a scan on Saturday, I was selected for the free scan. We would like to thank baby bond for this amazing opportunity, we got to see our baby and both the sonagrapher and the trainee were great, very pleasant and took their time and tried their upmost best to get the best shots of our baby for us. As it was a free scan they didn't have to do this, but they did on their own accord and we appreciate this very much so. Very professional and friendly at the same time.



We throughly enjoyed our experience and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout. Was being informed throughout my scan, about our baby. Such as the heartbeat, when it moved, where it's leg and foot is.



Was a heart touching and wonderful experience. Thank you baby bond. Even if we had to pay for it, would have been worth every penny. :-)

Had my 4d scan in Manchester this morning, it really was an amazing experience! Got the most beautiful images of my baby girl and the staff were all lovely with myself and my 2 year old girl. Would recommend baby bond to anyone. Thanks again xx

Had a really lovely experience at Babybond a couple of days ago. Myself and my partner were made to feel very welcome at our 4d scan. The scan was by far the best I have ever had (I had many with my last pregnancy!). This is probably the only place I would chose to ever come back to for a second time. The sonographer really knew how to conduct the experience and made an effort to wake our sleepy baby with his arms covering his face which I really appreciated. First scan where I didnt feel rushed like so many other places. Would highly recommend! Thank you!! xx

Had a gender scan at the Blackpool one today and what can I say. Staff are very pleasant and couldn't have asked for a better experience. They made sure we could see everything and took their time with the scan so thank you and will definitely recommend you

Absolutely loved the experience I was given along with my partner and two god parents in the Chester area of baby bond! Despite my little man being in my hip, the gent we had scanning me tried his absolute hardest for us to get the best pictures and film! Also supplied add-ons to our baby bond package!

Loved the experience and tears it brought. Really does supply everything you could possibly want!



Highly recommend. Also close by and cheaper than travelling to Liverpool or St Helens for the same experience

Recently booked and attended an NT scan at the Oldham clinic. I had previously been to my NHS hospital for the scan but they were unable to get all the measurements they needed. I didn't want to wait until 16 weeks for the blood test and decided to have the scan again since I still had time. The booking staff were very helpful in making sure my appointment fitted into the time frame and was at our nearest clinic. Our appointment was on time and the sonographer was very happy to chat which made me feel less anxious. She was more than happy to explain things along the way which was very reassuring.



I received my results over the phone and by email tonight (2 working days!) by a clinic manager (Rifiat Jadwat). It was very helpful to be able to speak to her about my results as well as have them by email to print for my maternity records. Rifiat was more than happy to answer any questions/concerns I had.



I would definitely consider using Babybond again in the future.

Hi went for my 1st scan in Chester as my gender scan in Liverpool got cancelled due to sickness when I was 16 weeks arrived there at around 7pm my app was 7.30pm they didnt no about my appointment and were both getting in the car to drive home.... but kindly re opened all the clinic again! I was so pleased as I travelled this far just full of excitment to all to find out we was having a little girl!! Angela was amazing in Chester so cheerful and made me feel comfortable and at ease so there was no trouble here paying the balance of £79.



Today I visited the Liverpool clinic for my 28 weeks simply 4D scan please always arrive early had me waiting over half n hour again due to mixing up appointments always a mistake or something happens along the way with the service!



I had Jeane from Liverpool she was lovely again an my appointment did last longer then 15 mins as stated on the website so thanks for your time!

The information given over the phone during the booking was miss leading as we were asked if we would like a full package for £159 (key rings,photos,DVDs etc) and when The scan was complete we were given 6 photos only which were not the best quality . There was a sign saying DVDs £25 so I thought ok iv been given wrong info il just have to pay extra for a DVD and when we asked for a dvd they said there isn't one available and they said I should of told them before hand I wanted a dvd,I was never told over the phone I needed to tell them in advance so the receptionist was very poor in terms of giving all the information(for the expensive price of £159 I thought this would be included) ..the scan was great the lady who did the scan was great but to not offer a DVD recording after seeing such beautiful movements from the baby was disappointing

Paid £119 for a 4d scan. Went to the manchester branch. It says on the details of the scan it is a 30-40 min appointment. We were literally in there for 10 minutes. got home and checked the dvd you get on the memory stick. It is a 4 second video of a still image. Used ultrasound now in stockport for last baby and was a million times better. Couldnt get an appointment this time. We could get an appointment for the following day with your company. And now i can see why.

I went for a 4D bonding scan which cost me £159. Before I booked I phoned and explained my placenta is at the front and asked if it would effect the scan, I was told it wouldn't therefore I went ahead and booked the scan. When I arrived I was welcomed with my family and was really excited to see my baby. Unfortunately all the lady kept pointing out to us is my placenta and my babies foot, I must have seen my babies face clearly about 3 times. I was told to have a fizzy drink and come back 5 minutes later. Still after that the scan was very unclear. The photos and video also came out very unclear. I phoned babybond the next day and explained my disappointment, the lady that I spoke to was very helpful and told me that the placenta be at the front would have an effect on how the scan would look and asked me if I was called back for a rescan which I wasn't therefore she was going to look into it for me along with another member of staff and that she would call me back later that day - I didn't hear anything so I called back and spoke to another lady which was very very rude to say the least, kept over speaking me and came across like she didn't care. After all this I still haven't been asked for a rescan and I'm very very disappointed as I've been here twice before and been happy both times. I will not recommend this place to anybody after my last experience! Money grabbing business comes to mind!

Never in my entire life have I spoken to someone who was rude, evasive and just outright awful. The manager at babybond in Manchester has refused a rescan because she states that their sonographer did her job correctly, which I don't dispute..However my point was that she said on a numerous amount of occasions that she could.not.get the baby into position... she did not ask me to go for a walk etc... like stated in their T&C whenever I mentioned this she stated that I have an issue with the word T&C. Then they measured the baby a week differently to the hospital and then insinuated that i have lied about my dates and if this is not the case something is wrong and I should get that "looked into" as "something is not right"... imagine saying that to an expectant mother. she then refused to give me her name, as it would be recorded on my notes along with the phonecall.... as if that was some.kind of threat. The money is irrelevant as we got to see our baby. However the service we received was an absolute disgrace and to be spoken too like that by manager is even more disgusting! really wish I had read the reviews before hand !

I'm disgusted in the service I've received!! I went to the babybond Manchester centre for a gender scan I paid £79 for it and was told by my midwife I was due 19th September so was 16 weeks and 1 day when I went for the scan on the 4th of April they measured be to be only 14 weeks and 6 days but arranged for me to go back in another 2 weeks with no charge booked me another appointment for the 16th of April which is this Saturday so I've got my hopes up and was looking forward to it to then receive a phone call at 7pm tonight saying they can't go ahead with the appointment unless I pay another £30 fee I told her I was unaware of any charges to be paid and was told the scan was free as I had already paid £79 and it doesn't say it on the website either for her to say her colleague who booked my appointment didn't know well I'm sorry that's not my fault is it I told her it's wrong how you can waste someone's time like that and expect me to pay £30 4 days before I'm meant to be going for the scan it's disgusting and I won't use this service again!!!
