What an amazing night with amazing staff, especially Kyle who has ensured him and his staff have met all of our needs. Will definitely be returning and spending the word of what an amazing place this is. Amazing amazing amazing

We had our wedding meal & reception at Barca , the staff were excellent in the planning, getting the room ready and on the day. We had the VIP room which is stunning and the staff do everything to make your event awesome. I would highly recommend to others and use Barca for any future events!

Visited over bank holiday and had a few sharing plates with friends! Food was gorgeous and well presented and the drinks were really reasonably priced at 2 for £12! Fab will definitely return!!

Laura the manager was absolutely fantastic! Our meal took an hour and a half due to a kitchen error and right away Laura came over with a smile on her face and empathetically apologised! Making the experience better than expected. Thank you Laura and cya soon hun xx

We visited Manchester for the first time this bank holiday weekend, whilst searching for somewhere to chill in our last day we stumbled across this lovely bar. We were very lucky to have exceptional weather and sitting outside was the perfect way to end weekend. Scenery beautiful, outside bar made it easy to get a drink and watching some man setting up to swing across the canal only for all his hard efforts he failed miserably which mad us chuckle 🤣 would definitely go there again x

Visited Barca for Sunday lunch party of 4 excellent food roast beef was delicious service was quick and friendly especially Matt who looked after us very pleasant man and kept the wine flowing ��great value for money will go back again ��

We came here to meet friends up from London. Not enough seating outside even though they have the room. They then took ages to make the cocktails as it seemed only one person was doing it and as we had drove into town they got my wives drink wrong and gave her an alcoholic drink.

Finally got to sit down outside but then the music went off. I would come back to have another try but will probably try the other bars next time

Worst dining experience, I never write bad reviews but this was awful it was like being in wacky ware house kids play centre. Yes a kids 6th birthday was on earlier on but we booked for 6pm where the adults were letting kids run riot there were kids under our table screaming like you wouldn’t believe the entire time. Sat next to door so we was cold sat with coats on as was always left open with cigarette smoke blowing in ,would of ask to move but there was nowhere to move to better. Staff just left the utter chaos go on. We did consider leaving before we ordered food but was worried we wouldn t get in anywhere last minute. Thought the food might of made it worth while but my partner and daughter didn’t like there’s I didn’t get what I ordered but I had it anyway. Never again!!

Never ever written a Facebook review but I’m absolutely fuming with the staff at Barca bar to the point I’ll be telling everyone and won’t be returning. For starters they over charged me and didn’t apply the 20% Monday discount, the blonde girl with the terrible roots had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across in customer service to the point I was considering putting in a formal complaint. My food arrives (£11 salmon, avocado and prawn salad) and the waitress comes over and says “there was no avocado they made it and just told me. Sorry” it was the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen for £11. Took it back asking for my money back and made a point of them overcharging me, no apology just said I could have a refund. I’m now going to leave here hungry and find somewhere that actually knows how to treat customers. Don’t waste your time.

Just bought a drink at 8.29. Told we can’t drink outside after 8.30, can’t drink inside as there’s a private party. Just stood by the door like a fucking pleb. Won’t be back.

I attended a Wedding on 28/07/18 in the VIP suite and I thought the room was a great venue then I went to the bar the female who served me (20'sh long straight brown hair ) took my money went to the till and I noticed her putting £1 coins into her back pocket she actually dropped one as she did it... I questioned the price of my drink as I thought it was expensive !! The next time someone else served Me and It was £1.00 cheaper and there was a extra drink !!! I would have loved to have made a issue and brought in the manager but out of respect for the Happy Couple I didn't.. I suggest you check your CCTV from behind the bar as a member of staff is robbing you blind and definitely over charging your customers at the same time.... I will not be returning and I had left by the time the Door men kicked off on the Groom... Kinda sums the place up

Couldn’t fault the party as family and friends made it amazing! However I was part of a wedding party here last night and was disgusted. There was sick all over the floor in the ladies room, and after telling staff and being told it would be sorted it was still there at the end of the night but someone had covered it with toilet roll probably to stop their shoes or dresses going in it or we had to use the only other cubicle which had no lock on it. We were brought inside for a toast and when I went back outside (or tried to) to get my drink the rude bouncer refused and said no one was allowed outside after 10pm. Fair enough it’s law but there was no warning and a ridiculous amount of wasted drinks outside on the tables that people had to leave! Guests had to go downstairs and outside for a smoke and a few times were refused entry back into the party!! Worst of all is when my brother in law was attacked by your bouncer as he was bringing his wedding gifts down the stairs to take home!!! He went for his throat and knocked gifts flying out of his hand throwing him on the floor! For what?! Because he certainly wouldn’t explain what the issue was! Because of this they have broken wedding gifts! When my brother came down the stairs to go and he seen the commotion he was also nearly attacked when another bouncer flew at him to punch him! I’m struggling to understand where you get your clearly untrained, cowboy bouncers from that feel it appropriate to attack someone with their hands full of gifts for absolutely no reason!

Feel awful that they have spent a fortune on the VIP suite for their wedding party here to be attacked; and wouldn’t recommend purely because of the 2 bouncers manning that side of the club! Shocking!

Absolutely awful experience! Staff were rude, the bar lady was literally just on her phone behind the bar the entire time we were there. Food took 45 minutes and all we ordered was panini's. Finally when the food came it was wrong and the Veggie one we had ordered came with bacon. When asked to change all they did was take the bacon off and try and give it back. The lady behind the bar even gestured for us to come up and get the food ourselves. I can't think of one good thing I enjoyed about it. There was several other complaints while we were there from other customers as to how bad the food was and the terrible service. The food was awful to top it off. Stale bread with no filling and burnt chips. Not worth the money and never coming back.
