Took delivery of our Ssangyong Turismo and are delighted with the car and service from Paul and the team at Barkers. Meaning all the paperwork was sorted, requiring only the one journey from our home south west Scotland, to drop off our old car and pick up the Turismo.

Service offered at first visit was brilliant. We pointed out a few issues which Steve assured us would be rectified and sorted by the time we picked the car up. Unfortunately on the day when we picked up the car Steve wasn't available. None of the concerns we had pointed out to Steve were rectified and no other offer of compensation was attempted either, absolute rubbish customer service. They were just interested getting rid of a used car from their forecourt... No customer satisfaction in mind! I rung Steve up on his return and he assured me to sort the issue and I have not heard from him since. Won't be using the garage again... Stay clear if customer service is important to you and expected � Paul rung after leaving feedback and compensation was offered which was very helpful. Although this could have been done in the first place, Paul tried to rectify the situation and I am happy to recommend the garage as they do have customer satisfaction as a priority. Thank you

The service we received while looking at a purchase was great till we picked our vehicle up, after taking delivery we discovered anomalies in the sales patter. Our pickup came with a different name, the back was leaking but found wasn't covered by warranty, they attempted to correct only to cause more issues with the central locking, after many visits to sort they offered a free valet when we requested compensation for all our time & fuel, they offered a valet which turned out to be a cat lick, really not impressed with the service, thank fully to date the vehicle appears to be ok, would think twice in future
