What a lovely day we had at our nephew's wedding today ,very impressed with The venue , staff were very helpful ,food was wonderful ,everyone really enjoyed the wedding , would recommend Bartle Hall to anyone looking to find a great place for their wedding .

We’ve just had an amazing meal, the food was out of this world... the best meal we have had in a long time!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, great atmosphere highly recommend and will be back again soon!!

We recently held our wedding at this fantastic venue, we know lots of local wedding venues but we honestly don’t think you can pick a better place than Bartle Hall.

The staff were great in the run up to and on the day, nothing was too much trouble.

A special mention to Jenny & Georgie who we dealt with throughout, and also the chef who not only served a delicious meal but also prepared a baby version of our main meal for our little girl.

We have just returned home from our AMAZING wedding at Bartle Hall Hotel on 23/04/17. We first visited Bartle Hall on a snowy day in February after visiting MANY venues and not quite getting the feeling or amenities we really wanted but the moment we stepped into the bar area and caught a sneak peak at The Windsor Suite I started to get excited then the Balmoral Suite totally blew us away as our "party" room. On the way home that night we both knew nowhere else could compare. The planning was smooth with someone always replying straight away to any questions we might have and helping with suggestions if needed. Then the day itself arrived and the staff really pulled out all the stops getting rooms ready early for guests despite the fact they had two weddings the day before to clear up after as well. Lucy was amazing calming me down and assuring me all was well and making sure I was prepared. As well as sorting out any glitches that did occur promptly and with a smile! The catering and beverage team were so helpful especially Jack and Eve who were extremely friendly and professional at the same time. The food was outstanding and all our guests have commented on what a smoothly run day it was with no lull in the atmosphere. Thank you again goes to all the Team at Bartle Hall who truly excelled all of our expectations xxxx

We had our wedding reception here on Friday, absolutely stunning venue! We had our wedding breakfast in the beautiful balmoral suite. The wedding team are brilliant and always on hand to help with any questions or queries. The team of staff as a whole are outstanding... we had so many compliments about the hosts, food, service, bar staff and bedrooms. Thankyou so much Bartle Hall, our wedding day was even more perfect than we could have imagined. The room set-up was truly perfect, the team included all of our personal requests for the room and it was even more amazing than we imagined! Thankyou so much Bartle Hall, could not fault a single thing!! X

We had our wedding here on Easter Good Friday, 30th March 2018... We had booked Both the ceremony and wedding breakfast in the Balmoral Suite, I can honestly say it was the most amazing day and I would love to re-live it all again!!. The Team at Bartle we’re brilliant, everything was seamless, food tasted Devine and the venue is amazing!. The rooms are really nice, specially the newly refurbished bridal suite we had, The Singleton.... The venue setup looked just perfect and the turn around was so quick to the wedding breakfast, the grounds are large and plentiful and we got lots of lovely pictures of our day!.



The venue were so calm when I rang them to inform them the morning of the wedding that the bridal party would be late as the grooms wedding car got stuck on the M6 due to a caravan that had crashed, and couldn’t get back for me “the Bride” in time to get me to the venue, luckily we had a 2nd wedding car, they kindly informed the registrar that I’d be coming in the bridesmaid car with my maids and mum, and they kept me informed of any updates, nothing was too much trouble... even in a moment of panic!!. Can’t thank them enough for this!!.



I highly recommend this venue, for any occasion, Weddings, Christenings, Anniversaries ect ect;

We had our wedding here in the Balmoral suite on Saturday 24th March, and it was amazing from start to finish. It was our perfect venue and all our guests have said they really enjoyed it. We knew we wanted to get married here when we first looked round on an open day. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so efficient and made the whole day run so smoothly. In the run up to the wedding they were so great at answering all our questions and made the room look amazing. The food was lovely and it just couldn't have been better! Thanks so much to everyone there for having us, we are so sad it's over! Will be visiting again in the future though!

We had both our ceremony and reception of our wedding at Bartle Hall 29th April. I am a very fussy person and customer service was top on my list of priorities. The staff at Bartle hall did not disappoint. All the staff went above and beyond to make every aspect of our day special. The rooms were excellent. The food was Fantastic! A special thank you to Jenny and Georgie who were so attentive through the wedding planning and on the day. Thank you to all the staff at Bartle hall for making our special day truly perfect.

We had an absolute fantastic wedding day on the 17th February 2018. All the staff were amazing from start to finish and ensured all our needs were catered for. They made the planning easy and everything went perfectly! The food was amazing, the grounds were beautiful and the new bridal suite is stunning!!

We had a amazing time 8 years ago celerbrating my daughter's wedding. It was a very hot day with glorious sunshine all day. The staff where lovely and the food and entertainment was fantastic. We stayed over for the night and then had a lovely breakfast and then chilled out in the gardens on another very hot day.

We celebrated my mother in laws birthday at Bartle Hall and the afternoon couldn't have gone better. The food was perfect, the service was attentive and she had an amazing time and wishes she could do it all again. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and the room the perfect size for 25 of us. The kids loved it too, the sun was shining so they could run around the gardens afterwards, meaning we could relax after the meal. Such a beautiful place.

Thanks to everyone at Bartle Hall for making our wedding day one we will never forgot. The staff and service provided were amazing. What an fantastic venue!

Thank you so much for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of. From me getting out the car and staff calming me down to them fixing my dress throughout the day to advising me on how to hold my flowers and walk down the aisle.



Everything ran smoothly and a big thank to the staff on the day but especially to Martin, Lauren and there was one other young girl who was front of house (sorry can't remember her name) who really went above and beyond for us! The staff really are a credit to the venue and work very hard indeed.



Only slight thing that let it down for us in the run up to the wedding was slight lack of communication from the wedding team.



Having said that our day did run smoothly and Bartle Hall is a beautiful venue and we would recommend it to anyone!

Thank you so much for an amazing wedding, this is the first place we looked at and nothing else compared, any problems or questions we had prior to the day were answered. One slight issue and I think it only fair to mention we have had comments that the service was slow due to lack of staff behind the bars and even myself was waiting best part of 30 minutes to be served, please please get that right and keep the high standards you obviously have throughout the venue,

I looked forward to visiting again to celebrate our anniversary's as it will always have a place in our hearts

Me and My wife had our wedding day here on the 7th of April, Just wanted to say how amazing everyone has been to us at Bartle hall , We could not have picked a better Venue to get married at. Also Like to Thank these amazing staff from start to finish of planning our day, No matter what hour of the day they was always there to help ( and I did Ring a lot ha ha ) Thank you to everyone on our day who made it the day it was, and thank you to the people that helped plan every last bit of it leading up to it. It will be a day we never forget. Most off the bedrooms have just been done up, we loved the Singleton room will 110% be back for a night away and already got afternone Tea voucher to use witch we cant wait for ! Had an amazing afternoon tea at Bartle Hall, set in fabulous grounds, weather was so nice that we decided to sit outside and enjoy our wonderful experience, great selection attention to detail was fantastic, staff made sure that everyone was looked after and on hand to deliver a lovely experience. Had a lovely over night stay on the 29th on the special deal and loved every minute of our stay, food was lovely room beautiful and the staff very helpful. Would highly recommend

I adore this hotel and my preference when in the Preston area. The staff are great, the grounds are lovely. The building is beautiful, the rooms could perhaps do with a revamp...well the bathroom in Singleton. But truly don't care i will stay here every time I'm there...again in October. Note to management sound proofing the adjoining door from Singleton to next room. I think the couple staying next door would be mortified to learn I heard 'everything' last night. Had to put TV on to avoid inadvertently hearing the goings on!! That said eventually as usual I slept like a princess and best nights sleep I've had all week. Thank you �

Got married here 1/04/17, had an absolutely amazing day, everything ran smoothly, the venue is beautiful and staff friendly. Just one or two things to mention, the flowers were not moved to the top table as requested prior to the wedding. Quite a few guests have mentioned the desserts from the wedding breakfast were still on the tables at 10pm at night despite a few people asking for them to be cleared earlier in the evening. Tables were also overflowing with empty glasses. The vegetarian option was embarrassing compared to the lovely meal everyone else had. A crumpet wasn't enough. There was no veg/ potatoes accompanying it leaving the vegetarians still hungry, it was inconsistent in comparison to the other meal. Some of the bedrooms need some maintenance, and some guests felt their room was poor for the price they paid. Despite these glitches we had a fabulous day. We had a lovely meal the night before. The staff were all helpful and made us all feel calm and relaxed. If it wasn't for these issues we wouldn't hesitate to give 5 stars. Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful day/evening and for all the staff that helped make it run smoothly
