Why would you not like visiting this place ... gifts, kitchen wear, fab garden centre, tasty cafe to just name a few attributes AND not forgetting the fantastic staff. Well worth the trip.

User

We visited the garden centre today to order some garden furniture which we had seen the day before. When we arrived the gentleman who dealt with us was so helpful and even managed to get our furniture delivered to us today. We ordered the furniture at 10.30 and by 1.30 it had been delivered to our house. Fantastic service now all we need is the sunshine to enjoy it.

I bring my mum to your garden centre, she absolutely loves it. My Mam is disabled and your staff are so helpful with her. The lady (Christine )that served us was ever so helpful, making sure things went in to boxes so not to dirty my car. We will return soon

User

Barton Grange Garden Centre is fantastic, they have to quality plants and fabulous things of all descriptions to please everyone. The farm shop has amazing produce and Christmas there is magic.

The staff are all really friendly and helpful, I cant praise it enough - highly recommended.

User

As always, an excellent place to visit, with many items of all types to purchase and many different food options. We had the soup and bread roll option which was very tasty. I bought something in the Cook Shop and was very tempted by the beautiful Italian leather handbags. I may return soon to buy one of those. It is, as always, a really good place to visit.

User

Always feel welcome nothing is too much trouble. Food is just fabulous and the scones with jam and a huge amount of cream are just sumptuous

The food hall is a foodies dream with some items really expensive. However the fresh meat and vegetables are such good value for money. I buy my meat from there rather than supermarket.

Always enjoyed visiting, the prices are hiked a little but it's made up by the excellent service I receive in store and at the cafe. The food is so good too! Today I visited with my very 'spirited' 2 year old toddler for some lunch and although the cafe was busy the gentleman who was working on the ice cream and soup till was an absolute star!!! I so wish I had for his name (dark hair and skin if that helps!) it was around 12.30ish. I had a heavy tray in one hand,a toddler in another and he offered to get someone to help me even though all the staff were rushed off their feet. He got all my cutlery, straws and napkins without having to be asked, apologised for my wait and was just in general a very helpful friendly chap. Good service is something that's missed quite frequently these days but Barton grange has never failed me once in years of visiting! The staff are fabulous! And if you can figure out this guys name, please thank him from me!

User

We go a lot always good .

But went the other Sunday morning and the baby changing room bin was full to rim both bins in that room . Couldn’t have been emptied from the day before / or morning as it was only just before 12 very disappointing. I told a lady at the cake counter and she said she’d tell a cleaner .

User

I always look forward to visiting Barton Grange and my last visit yesterday was no exception. Smiling staff only too happy to help are always on standby in various departments. I always visit the cafe when I go and help myself to a scone/cake or two - there’s so much choice! Loved the bright welcoming watering can display in the foyer! See you soon.

User

A real surprise. On a day coach trip with first call here. Had coffee/tea and morning snacks in Willows cafe. Very good coffee and service and style. The Centre is amazing and covers everything one would require for home and garden plus extras!! A venue for a day out for all the family as The designed Rose Bowl takes in leisure facilities for a full day out. Wish it was closer to my home!!!

User

The plants and goods were amazing, unfortunately the cafe should be ignored unless you like eating at tables which are sticky and dirty. The food is good, such a shame that you have to take kitchen wipes and have to clean the table first. Saw some cleaners chatting then casually walk to the tables quick wipe with clothe over several tables, think the spray was a fashionable accessory as it was very really used and as was there for over an hour so I could feed my granddaughter, the same cloth was used the whole time. Had to feed her in her pram as the high chairs were filthy, was offered “the cloth” to clean one. Declined as I didn’t want to spread any more germs
