My mum got me the sweet little Manchester tart gin today strawberry and custard it is gorgeous � definitely be back getting more flavours.

Great selection of beers, great prices and great customer service. They replied very quick on Facebook telling me what's in stock and said they'd let me know if something not in stock that I'd asked about was ordered in. They couldn't do enough for you. A couple of the beers I picked were out of date but they were very good about it and let me pick others. The best shop I've found for beers in the area

Excellent selection of craft beer, especially impressive as there was a good deal of foreign craft you'd struggle to get elsewhere (Mikkeller, Omnipollo etc.). The prices are super good as well, probably the cheapest bottle shop I've visited to date, and even competitive with online prices.

Excellent customer service from a local family business. Wide range of products available 7 days a week. After 30 odd years we've been in the business, Bartons are the best wholesalers, fully recommend!

Cracking for craft beer and at and absolute steal for everything, cheap lovely staff and an all round great experience!

Called here for beer and Gin and came away with plenty. Prices were pretty good and lots of choice. The only downside was somebody in the shop had broken wind and it stunk.

Brilliant place and great value. The staff are friendly and helpful, the amout of choice is amazing!!! I will only gin shop here from now on �

Been to buy the cherry & almond gin but disappointed only a tinge of bakewell thought it may of been good for £33.00 wouldn’t recommend

Looks an amazing place to buy a selection of different items. Just wished yiu had a shop in Rochester Kent :( :(

Me and my family are regular customers of this establishment.

Never really had a problem. As cheap as chips and a good variety.

However the Welsh lady who works there is ignorant, dismissive and some may say obnoxious.

When I go into any public sector I genuinely expect smiles, a warm greeting and politeness.

Very disappointing.

After hearing about Bartons I was eager to visit.

I found a great selection across the board, especially the ales and craft beers.

The staff unfortunately are severely lacking in personality, the only word I can use to describe one particular member as is simply RUDE.

I may return, but it is only the range on offer that will draw me back.

Went in tonight and bought a bottle of wine and 2 bottles of cider and was overcharged by £4.75. only thought about it when I got back to the car so went straight back in goods still in hand. I hadnt been gone no more than a minute. I Went to the girl who served me to explain only to be asked where was my receipt,I told her I didn't have one she replied saying you have to ask for one!!!! Why the hell did she ask me where it was then!!!!. She then said she couldn't remember serving me as she had served other people since, the same people were still in the queue when I left!! She also said she couldn't check the till..really!!! I asked how to complain only to be told I don't need to complain they will check the till to see if its up but I would have to go back in Monday as the tillls are electronic and they can't check until the following day and tomorrow is Sunday!?!?... How is the till going to be up if it's electronic and that's what she charged me???? By this time the shop was packed and all her colleague could do was laugh at at us!!!!!II will certainly be going back to complain but can't see I will get anywhere, I used to go in there quite regular but won't be going in there ever again. Barton's you are a rip off and you really need to look at employing more customer friendly staff!!

Was spoken to very rudely on the phone ... was given a price for something which I didn't hear properly .. asked to repeat the price and the answer was ... do u want it or not !

Won't be using again
