Thanks for a great weekend at Base Camp tipi! Second year in a row. Love the scenery, the handy local pubs, the bbq and picnic area and the cosy wood burning stoves.

I've stayed at many places in the Lake District and this is one of my favourites. Great Langdale is an incredible spot and well placed for hiking. The Tipi was warm and comfortable and the campsite is well serviced with clean facilities. The Old Dungeon Ghyll nearby is great for a pint after a long day of walking..
Will definitely be back!
