THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF, CUSTOMERS & FAMILIES MUST TAKE PRIORITY AND WITH THE ESCALATING CASES OF THE VIRUS WE FEEL THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION. HOPEFULLY IT WILL ONLY BE FOR A FEW WEEKS BUT WILL BE FOLLOWING THE GOVERNMENTS GUIDELINES AND WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED. DELIVERIES WILL ALSO BE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE ARE STILL AVAILABLE VIA EMAIL AND MESSENGER AND HOPEFULLY FROM TOMORROW SHOULD HAVE A CALL DIVERT IN PLACE SHOULD YOU NEED TO GET HOLD OF US OR HAVE ANY ENQUIRIES. WE CAN STILL ACCEPT NEW ORDERS BUT PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND STAY SAFE

**********CUSTOMER REMINDER********** We are still OPEN over the past few days we have been inundated with phone calls off customers panicking that their jobs aren’t going to be completed! This will not happen! We will be staying open until we are directed otherwise! We are a very small company and we are thoroughly keeping up with all cleaning regulations and if staff show any symptoms they will be asked to self isolate! As of now we haven’t had any staff members with any sy...mptoms. Our fitters are also asked to warn us if they are presenting any symptoms that they stay at home. If this ever becomes the case please do not panic about your work not being done! We WILL WORK AROUND IT! If there are any customers wanting a free quotation and you don’t want to come out to the showroom and are showing no symptoms we will come to your home and carry out our free quotations! Staff will be carrying hand sanitiser and any customers coming into the shop will be asked to use our hand sanitiser or wash your hands. We are continually wiping down door handles/taps etc. We are still filling up fitting slots and are still taking on jobs. Our products are still available and being delivered. We are a small family run business and will do everything In our power to keep up our excellent service to all customers. Once again thank you for your continued support!

Good evening! We are still open as normal! Following the unfolding of the recent Coronavirus outbreak please be assured We will be following all the advice from The WHO to keep ourselves and our customers safe! As you can understand this is a new and developing situation but please assured we will be carrying out more deeper cleans in the following weeks! We will not be sending anyone out to do quotations who have any symptoms and we will be hand sanitising and washing hands regularly. If any staff members present with any symptoms will be asked to self isolate. In the showroom we will be asking ALL customers and staff to keep up with hand hygiene. All surfaces and door handles will be wiped down regularly. We will still be coming out to complete jobs and quotations. If you have any questions please ask. Business as usual folks!
