Nice bit of venetian plastering on Tuesday to finish the feature fireplace. Just needs mechanical buffering to give the final shine.

Wendover, dobbins lane. Floor coverings, screed and insulation lifted, new insulation, underfloor heating, plus retro fit underfloor heating laid to lower level rooms with thermal boards. Lower levels overboarded ready for carpet, all ground floor new porcelain tiles laid throughout hall and kitchen with new skirting boards throughout. Light feature built within family lounge room, with fireplace and old doors removed and made good.

Landscaping: Nice to put the finishing touches to this new build we completed the silicone render on. The landscaping has finished the project off nicely, reusing old sleepers to create a boules court.

Small side extension, new downstairs bathroom, steelwork open plat kitchen area, new fuseboard/downstairs re-wire, with internal openings and alterations and new light window openings to be completed. Exterior render is scratch all through coloured mineral.

Orangery completed in Chinnor. We completed the roof works, gable end window and internal plastering and screed with new radiator and electrics.

Alterations & new kitchen installation, re-plaster, electrical alterations and spotlights finished with decorating throughout. Chinnor. A great job completing this for a lovely couple, what a transformation.

Thin coat silicone render system applied over exterior boards on Thame. Breathable silane acrylic thin coat render applied to boards with flexible base coat to finish this exterior of this loverly build.

Completed watford exterior silicone rendering. A difficult job with existing render, old brickwork, new blockwork, all requiring different base coats, finished with silane acrylic thin coat render system. Looks great finished.

Its been a very busy start to the year.... two extensions underway, completed alterations and new kitchen installation, exterior render to upgrade facade off new flats/shops... as well as all the finishing off works....
