We've been to before the stork twice during our first pregnancy ! We came the first time for an early gender scan and the second was for a 4D scan!

The service we received was second to none the staff are welcoming and where so lovely to me and my partner . The room in which the scans held is very relaxing and the staff take the time to make sure that your experience is a very special one making sure they can get the best view of the baby possible. I would recommend this to anyone xxx

We have visited this wonderful place twice, once for a scan at 14 weeks and then a 4D scan at 28 weeks with the incredible Lisa. I can’t recommend it enough! It has such a lovely atmosphere, the staff are so friendly and professional and it really allows you to spend time with your baby! We had our family with us at our 4D and it was an experience that none of us will ever forget! Seeing the baby’s facial expressions and the way it moves was unbelievable! We don’t know the gender and Lisa was very careful not to reveal this during the scan. It has made us even more excited to meet our little one and I feel a lot more connected to my bump! Thank you all so much xxx

We have visited Before the Stork many times through this and our last pregnancy, always for a little reassurance along the way and have met so many wonderful, professional staff and sonographer at this establishment.



At 16 weeks we decided to take our little boy for a little sneak peak at his new brother or sister. What should have been a short 15 minute reassurance/bonding scan turned into almost an hour of thorough scanning and checking our baby. No rush, no pushy-ness to get us out, despite a waiting room full of people (so sorry if you were kept waiting because of us), just reassurance. We were told that Lisa (the sonographer) suspected that our baby had a facial defect, a cleft lip.

This is something that is rarely picked up before 20 weeks and Lisa managed to pick it up. She was so professional it was unbelievable. Rapid referral made to our booking hospital for further scans and reviews. Everyone who we have seen since say they can’t believe she picked it up at 16 weeks.

We would like to thank Lisa & Jo who were in the shop that day. Lisa is just fantastic & one of the nicest people you could meet. Thank you for everything you have done for us since that scan. Baby C is officially the most scanned baby in Liverpool ��

Just had my first 4D scan at 32+3 weeks with Lisa and loved every single minute of it ❤️ I was indesicive about having a 4D scan hence why I got mine so late but finally decided to get one just in time and I couldn't recommend this place more to anyone who is pregnant! Most amazing thing ever just can't stop looking at my pictures and watching the scan video of my little girl 😍😍😍💔 worth every penny thank you so so much ❤️

Just been for our second visit to before the stork for our 27 week scan & I just want to say a great big Thankyou to the girls for being so patient with our little stubborn bum! Over 2 hours, getting scanned about 4 times, lots of walking, different positions & a cuppa we finally got the pictures of our beautiful baby boy! Such special pictures as we won’t see him again now until he’s born! Would recommend use to everyone & thankyou so much for making our day with our pictures!����

I think this is an incredible experience. My husband and I went on Mother’s Day this year. This was my first pregnancy and I was feeling extremely disconnected. I thought if I was to visual things a bit better then it might help me get more of a connection. This was an incredible experience which blew me away. To be able to actually see your baby and watch them moving around was the best experience. I would 100% recommend going for the package where you get the DVD. I watched this so many times at home which helped get me excited for the birth of our son. James was born last Friday and it was instant love. We watch him now and think that’s what he was doing in the scan and it’s amazing to see how familiar everything is. Thank you so much for helping get rid of fear and giving me an experience I’ll never forget. We will definitely be back for the next baby xx

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! I had such an awkward baby today and they did everything they could to finally get them amazing pictures I was hoping for even if it did make him cry a bit�! Even after an hour and a half and 3 walks later they were still so patient and was determined to get me some good images. I have been here with both my pregnancy’s and have loved the experience I’ve had every time!��

(Even though the baby was being a bugger the lady still managed to find out he was a little baby boy)Today I came back for a 4D scan and at 33 weeks I couldn’t be any happier with my results. The pictures are so clear and the lady that done our scan went the extra mile to make sure we see our baby properly. The experience and pictures are just amazing! The staff have been amazing and very welcoming every time we had an appointment. They Answered all of our questions and made sure we had a fabulous experience while seeing our baby boy. Definitely recommend to all my friends and will be returning if I have another baby.

Has our 3d scan here at 26 weeks pregnant. The staff were really friendly and even though baby wasn't cooperating very well we still had an amazing scan and came away with some amazing photos. Baby is here now and the likeness is fabulous. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great scanning experience xx

Had my HD Live scan on Saturday my 3rd scan with Lisa and I would not of wanted any other person to have done it! Service is amazing and I cannot thank staff enough for making the experience so special. Thank you so much ���

Had a reassurance scan at 6 weeks which was amazing, seen a little heartbeat gave us the peace of mind we needed.

Came back for a gender reveal at 16 weeks and it was lovely to be able to see our little boy in 4D! Had a lovely experience at ‘Before the stork’ I brought my two other children (5 and 3) along and the ladies there were so lovely with them. The sonographer answered all my little boys questions going as far to explain to him in simple terms how the equipment could see into my tummy �. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. I’m very impressed with the quality of the scan pictures I received and would definitely recommend to anyone �

Great experience here, we had to get an early scan due to my husband going away and will miss the 20 week scan. The images are so clear and the lady who did it made it a very relaxed and calm experience- which must have been hard with our 2 year old in the room too! She took her time and we managed to see so much without finding out the gender which we are leaving for the birth day!

Excellent service, we went for our Gender/4d scan and it was such a peaceful and lovely experience. We were able to take family in with us and have them experience it also. Lots of pictures were taken and we could choose a little package at the end to take away with us. The staff were very accommodating and talked us through everything on the screen. We seen our beautiful baby boy and purchased a gender reveal football at the same time, to which we then shared the exciting news with our family and friends. Highly recommend!

Couldn't recommend you enough, you have made the last 8 months such a memorable experience for the family. My daughter had many scans right up to 32 weeks and it has been amazing to watch my first granddaughter grow and develop.
