Little did I know how well she would over next 8 months. Dropping nearly 2.3 stone and really increasing her strength + the many conversations about movies itвҖҷs been great to be alongside her on the journey. You should have seen her face when I announced her name, ...she was not expecting it! Massive well done Dani!

Coming to Sozo gym is always the best part of my week and itвҖҷs not only improved my fitness and lowered my weight itвҖҷs help helped me with my mental health and I feel like IвҖҷve made some lifelong friends.
