Would just like to say a massive thank you for your customer service which has gone above and beyond. Not only did we really enjoy our luxury hot chocolate and cake but I left my phone here whilst visiting the area of Whalley. This was received back to me Today in the post and we are most thankful! Hope to visit again soon

User

Wonderful night, we went for a birthday meal last minute and ordered tapas. Really impressive it was so delicious, good sized portions and great value. Staff looked after us really well x

User

What a little piece of heaven, just 10 minutes away. I've just eaten here for the first time and the food was sublime. Well seasoned, well presented, well thought-out menu, excellent coffee and friendly attentive staff. Highly recommended. I shall be back!

User

Went for the first time today amazing waitresses and amazing food would definitely recommend it also very relaxing !!

User

We live about 15 minutes away from Benedicts but the drive over for breakfast is always worth it. Great menu catering for everyone, produce is sourced locally and the food is very tasty. Really enjoy the laid back atmosphere, staff are friendly and accommodating...a visit to Benedicts is a real treat.

The only slight negative is when we visit around 11am we rarely get a table straight away and often have to be put on a 15-20 minute wait list and there's not much to do in Whalley on a Sunday morning. But it's worth the wait.

User

Very good brunch! Had a slight wait but they call you when ready so very convienient - busy so definitely a popular place but didn’t have to wait long for food at all!

User

To the wonderful staff who helped us out with fabulous food for this weekend, a huge thank you! Absolutely amazing food and wonderfully warm, kind hearted staff! XXxx

User

Monday lunch time we had a wait of about 5 minutes for a table for two, which was no problem. We had the open sandwiches which were very nice. Friendly staff as well. Only had lunch light snacks there but would like to try a proper meal later in the day. Highly recommended

User

First time i have been to this establishment, but the food is absolutely amazing! Well worth the drive over, we are thinking of visiting again to try out the breakfast menu!

User

First time here and won't be the last. Service was fantastic and quite possibly one of the finest breakfasts I've ever eaten. I salute you all

User

Extremely polite staff, excellent service and fabulous food. Highly recommend

User

Excellent food friendly staff lovely atmosphere can’t fault anything

User

Delicious breakfast, fabulous smoothies, wonderful coffee, awesome lemon meringue pie (thanks to Julie) and friendly, cheerful staff We will definitely visit again.

User

Benedicts really is the best place to visit, enjoy refreshments in the cafe and go home with goodies from the deli. The olives, fresh bread and other delights were enjoyed by family and friends on Friday. Don't change a thing - you always deliver.

User

Great place but no dairy free cake or biscuits so couldn't try anything maybe next time there might be some on the menu xx

User

We unually visit Whaley once a year and always eat in Benedicts, I would normally give 4 or 5 stars for the service & food, however yesterday we were disappointed that all the poached eggs on our specials breakfast order were over done and not even partly runny. We were also a little disappointed that Sunday's are limited to a breakfast menu, with no other options. We'll comeback midweek next time.

The staff are always friendly and helpful.

User

I had a gluten free breakfast plate which was very average and not very big (on a small rectangular plate) which was a shame as you can get really nice gluten free sausages. I ordered it with a poached egg and it came fried as well but I didn’t send it back. It was a small breakfast compared to everywhere else. My partners Benedicts full Benedict looked really well presented and he really enjoyed it. Definite room for improvement as not all of the menu is to the same standard. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, just a shame it wasn’t to the standard I hoped to find which made it way overpriced.

User

Visit Benedicts at least once a week but after today it will be considerably less so. Waited for a table (didn't look that busy) when sat down ordered drinks & waited & waited! Saw people that came on after us get their drinks before us! Also noticed someone send their food back & someone went to pay but was told they didn't need to, as the food they received wasn't up to standard? We finally got up & left as it was ridiculous to be kept waiting that long! Also maybe someone should tell the staff that it's not a good idea to give dirty looks to a customer!

User

I come here all the time with my husband for breakfast and we just love it. Fetched my Mum here today for her first visit and wish I’d not bothered! Not sure what went wrong today... but waiting around 45 mins for a sandwich each... and a sandwich for my 1 year old cranky son as he was so hungry! I was getting looked at by others I felt embarrassed as my

Son was not happy waiting in his high chair.

When the food did arrive... my sons “children’s meal” has never been a child friendly meal. The thickest sliced bread... with crusts... & thickest sliced cheese ... I mean this is an adults sandwich surely?

To finish... His fries were cold and crispy... which indicated to me that our food was probably ready a while ago but it had been forgotten about???

My mum wasn’t impressed. Real shame.
