For our final part of Exterior week, we look at the Continentals tail lights. In the all new Continental GT the rear sees a slightly more radical departure, with the taillights now shaped into ellipses, reflecting the silhouette of the exhaust tail pipes below.

Continuing on with our exterior week... Inspired by crystal cut glass, the headlamps on the New Continental GT are a major feature to the cars new more modern appearance.

On Day 2 of our Exterior week we're looking at shape! The sharp, crisp feature lines of the new Continental GT show the influence of the original Bentley R-Type Continental. The muscular haunch line exudes a sense of refined power, while the power line now emerges from between the headlamps, tracing a path down the side of the car.

This week we are looking at the Exterior of the Bentley Continental, starting with its body!
Did you know, the Continental GT was created using technology called superforming. This technique was taken from the aerospace industry giving designers more opportunity to shape and sculpt.
