Visited a number of times over the last couple of years, within this time recommending a friend. Finally purchased a used DS4, absolutely great service. Sales team aren't pushy, all staff a genuinely fantastic. Had a slight problem with the tracking, emailed Steve (sales) and he got onto sorting me out straight away! Very pleased with the outcome. Many thanks for all your help, smooth and efficient service. I'll carry on recommending!

Update: after taking the car in on Sunday, the day after I made this post, I was provided with a courtesy C4 Picasso (which was lovely to drive). The car was then fixed by 1pm Monday and returned to me at work. It appears properly fixed and was offered an explanation which sounds likely to have happened. They said it looks like the headlight was under tension and had snapped while driving. Lessons to be learnt but good resolution and was filled up with petrol as an apology.



Was in an accident where someone reversed into my C4 Cactus damaging the right headlight. Car was sent by solicitors to Bentley's Warrington for repairs.



Several days later I get the car back and drive it the next day, I immediately noticed something was up with the headlight. It appeared higher than normal and was shining at other oncoming drivers (they were covering their eyes) and felt like the angle was off. At cars in front I noticed the beam was shining right into the car on the backs of passenger's heads, almost illuminating the entire car.



I normally have it on 0 adjustment since I don't put much in the car, but I had to adjust it to 1 to lower the beam which also lowered the undamaged headlight reducing visibility - but at least it didn't blind other drivers.



In the day time I noticed a weird blue colour nearby the repair work... I looked around the headlight and noticed there was a gap between the bodywork and the headlight which wasn't present on the undamaged headlight.



Opening the bonnet and having a look around revealed the headlight appears snapped which they were meant to have repaired. The undamaged headlight isn't like this at all. I'm no mechanic but I knew something was off.

Service department is fantastic 2 year service on my vans. Very helpful staff always feel welcome. Only down side was second van service took about 2 hours of waiting but 15 minutes could have been shaved off if mechanic was not texting after he had completed the service

Just bought a Toyota GT86 from here. The staff were excellent, they were polite, quick to answer my questions and weren't pushy at all. The way how my payments were structured and exactly what I was getting for my money was made clear to me and never felt under pressure to do anything I dint want to. Once I had paid my deposit I was kept up to date with how everything was going and was never pestered. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience and would recommend anyone to buy from here.

I’ve had my C-HR nine months and I’m very pleased with it.

Today I had to go for recall job to be done on the car it was done in the time quoted without any fuss so I must congratulate the staff on their efficiency and in particular Julie the host for her attention and endless cups of coffee thank you.

I have visited Bentleys of Warrington 3 times now after being totally let down by Lookers, Bentleys have looked after me and my DS3 100 per cent.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been driving my new Aygo since Friday and I am so happy with it. From start to finish, the service has been excellent. I don't live locally to the dealership so I had to do most of the initial enquiries via email and Mark could not have been more helpful. He sent me a very detailed walkaround video of the car and always answered my emails promptly, fully and efficiently. When I arrived to collect the car, I came via train and fully expected to get a taxi to the dealership but Mark offered to send a driver to come and collect me. When I called from the station, Mark arrived personally, in my new car - which was fantastic for me. At the dealership, when all the paperwork was done, I was offered a seat in the very comfortable lounge area and the staff could not have been attentive. I was offered a better seat (by another helpful salesman that was just walking past) with a higher table so that I could more comfortably use my laptop to attend to my work emails, and the lovely lady there offered me a wide variety of drinks. I honestly have never had service like it and I'm only sorry that Warrington is probably a little too far for me to come for my servicing. That being said, when I'm ready for my next new car, I will be emailing Mark so keep an eye on your emails and thanks so much!

I collected my new Citroen C3 yesterday .Many thanks to CK Tam for helping me in my purchase. I wasn`t the easiest customer to deal with initially but with his help I managed to obtain my new car.This is the second C3 I`ve bought from this dealership and I`ve always had great customer service whenever I`ve had reason to contact Bentley`s, which also includes the staff in the service department.

We bought a C3 Picasso last February from Bentleys and at the first MOT we were shocked that it failed on a faulty circuit board meaning some lights weren't working. There was no indication before the MOT on the dashboard warnings. As we were on holiday at the 12 month anniversary of buying the vehicle it was about 10 days out of warranty when I reported the fault to Bentleys and it took them 3 days to even return my call when they told me that they wouldn't do anything to help fix our faulty car. So to summarise, faulty car, poor customer service and no assistance to put it right. Technically it was a few days out of warranty but no goodwill at all. Be very careful if you choose to do business with this dealer.

Terrible service and has gone down hill. Had airbag replaced under recall whilst being replaced found they had damaged the door, centre console shelf and airbag light was left on when collecting. Heated discussion with the manager to get them to repair damaged done by their technician. See if they carry out the repair in two weeks time at their cost. Won't be going back to these again once repair carried out stick to local garage instead

Terrible experience so far and it's still not sorted yet. Unfortunately for me I was involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault and my solicitors/insurance company have arranged for bentleys bodycare centre at Warrington to carry out the repairs on my car. The car was taken on the 10th October and yesterday it came back to me (I am a nurse not a car body repair person, and I saw the problems so how they wasn't picked up by who ever signed the car off is beyond me) the problems when it arrived was 1. The tailgate had not been painted inside still had the primer present 2. There was a small hole in the tail gate which had not been seen or filled in. 3. The car was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, there was paint all over the door cards and finger marks 4. The leather on the steering wheel had been scratched while it had been with them 5. The car had such a strong smell of paint inside 6. The windows had been sprayed with some kind of cleaner which hadn't been wiped off could hardly see out of them.

So I called up Jan the body shop manager sent him an email with photos he agreed it wasn't acceptable apologised and said he would pick it up first thing in the morning and get it put right and sent back to me.

Well today as promised they picked the car up from me at work around 10am they then returned the car at 3.30pm and before the driver handed the keys over he said I have just noticed a problem the bumper has been scratch (he thinks the valeter has done it with the hoover) I could not actually believe it, how could my car come back to me a second time and not be put right! Not to mention the fact they have used fuel getting it back and forth to me and not bothered to replace it (you would like to think after the hassle it would be the least they could do was replace the fuel)

It's an embarrassment that you could let a car come back to the customer twice with problems. So now tomorrow on my day off I will have to arrange for a third time for them to come and pick the car up from me.

I want the senior management to know about this as lessons need to be learned and I also want them to ensure my car comes back to me in an acceptable condition 3rd time lucky I hope!

Ripped off by this company today. Had the aircon looked at 6 months ago which cost £150. Still not working properly so Took it to Citroen today and was told it’s a different fault to the one they fixed last year and will now cost another £700. The car is only 4 years old and out of warranty but guess what? It’s a fault that only Citroen can fix. Funny that it’s a completely different fault this time and that they think it’s reasonable to shell out nearly a thousand pounds on something that’s never actually worked. I live round the corner and they are renowned in the area as rip off merchants!!!

If there was 0 stars I would give you that, 1 is being very kind! Totally poor service being given currently to my boyfriend, you all need to get your acts together and get his car fixed - absolutely taking the mick and "the part is not in the country" isn't a good enough excuse considering you've had his car since LAST FRIDAY AFTERNOON! You know what part he needs and it should have been there and fitted by now I could have gone over to France myself and picked up the part and come back with it for you in this time!! Still haven't heard back from your service department as to whether the parts arrived yet... Shocking communication! Unhappy customer doesn't even come close to how peeved me and my boyfriend are!
