This is so sad! I remember looking at myself thinking "I can't have postnatal depression as it's months since I gave birth". I didn't have any symptoms of anything like this before my second child.
More needs to be done to raise awareness about Postnatal Anxiety!

Giving compliments fills me with as much joy as giving them.

On Monday, life many people I decided that it was time to take my health seriously.
Having suffered from anxiety I know how my weight and fitness levels affects how I feel and I have recently felt myself slipping down that slope.
I got out of the habit of going to the exercise class, drove everywhere and I’m now at the heaviest I’ve been for a long time.
... I didn’t want to diet! I want something that will work and that I’ll stick to without having to go and sit in a class for a couple of hours a week. I also didn’t want to eliminate certain ‘bad’ foods out of my diet completely.
So for the last four days I have been tracking what I eat using @myfitnesspal and making sure that my excercise is more than my calorie intake each day. Thanks to @jamessmithpt I also have a realistic calorie goal.
So we’re going to have to wait until Friday to find out if it’s worked this week but so far it’s feeling good!
I’m moving more and enjoying the meals I’m eating ❤️

I feel that I need to clarify something. If I'm a little confused then I'm sure you are!
Who am I and what do I do?
I'm a wife, a mum of two, a business consultant and also the owner of my "side hustle" (aka pension and family treats fund) in the health and wellness industry.
... I am not one of those people who will claim that my "side hustle" is the answer to my dreams, that it will make me a millionaire overnight or more importantly, that is easy.
What I will tell you is that I run it as a professional business in the pockets of time that I have when I'm not out and about providing consultancy to small businesses or healthcare organisations.
Better still, I fell in love with what the company was about before I looked at the business.
I'm not a sales person but I love to help people and if I can see something that I think you benefit from, I will recommend it to you, when it's appropriate!
I love what I do and I know that one day, my side hustle will give me more freedom, without the need to go out there "looking for work".

A little less than 18 months ago this lovely lady introduced me to a business opportunity and I ignored her.
I'd looked at similar things before and it hadn't worked for me but we became friends, we had coffee and I listened as she told me about her exciting trips and tried a couple of the products that she had recommended to me.
She was off to Arizona, to the where Dallas was set, popping over to Lanzarote at the drop of a hat and not to mention the spa days, given a few hun...dred quid before christmas and the weekends away! Oh did I mention the credit card for spending money??
It took me over 6 months to decide that I wanted a bit of that. Am I crazy? Why on earth did it take me so long?
