Slowly changing into the stunning selection of autumnal flowers. We at Berries Florist don’t always think of oranges and burgundies for this beautiful season. We are inspired by deep pinks and purples, peaches and creams too. Dare to be different?

Just received some lovely flowers / chocs / wine from someone who ordered from yourselves. They are absolutely beautiful! ���

I ordered some flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately we live too far apart for me to purchase them direct and take them to her for this special occasion. I searched on line and decided to order from Your shop. The lady who answered the phone was bubbly and pleasant, I was quickly enthused because I was recommended particular flowers and packages but with such energy that I believed this delivery would be exactly what I wanted. I ordered a bouquet of multi coloured roses from her recommendation and as part of a package I got a balloon and some chocolates too. She offered me a card and also took down the message to go in it.



Today I spoke to my mum as arranged and she was more than happy on the phone. I was surprised how my Mum who is quite elderly was able to remember so much detail. My Mum told me how the delivery driver knocked on her door, he had a beaming smile and said “a surprise delivery for Mrs Mummy Golding” he then carried the flowers into her living room, arranged them attentively on the table, ensuring the best view to see the flowers, re-arranging the tissue, bow and box... My Mum has described every little detail of how wonderful he was.... she said her jaw dropped to the floor in shock, she continued to tell me the peach coloured roses are her favourite amongst all the different textures and colour in the bouquet. She told me about how the bow is a quality one, with lace. The card beautiful. She mentioned lavender and different smells, each rose is apparently as big as her fist.



So... I don’t think you can get a better customer journey... from telephone, ordering, delivery and of course the quality and attention to detail in the actual bouquet of flowers.



You have made my Mum and I very happy. I know exactly who I will be calling again for future gifts and flowers.

I have used this shop for quite awhile and I must say that this years flowers I bought for my mother and my wife (on behalf of the kids) were perhaps the best flowers I have had.
