I aim to keep all my content fun and light-hearted and hope to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness and life goals. I share my content through Facebook and Instagram - just check out Beyond Educated on either and I'll appear.

After 2.5 months of strength and conditioning training my body is starting to adjust and I've definetly got the training bug back. I can't explain how tired I was with traditional weight lifting. Having done weights since 17 years old (now being 33). I was soo bored. My fitness didn't improve and other than looking better which was 90% diet anyway I wasn't really fit. I can't wait to push myself over the next 12 months to see how fit I can actually get. Shout out to @performance58gym as well. Ok time to start bringing some lean gainz back. I really missed not doing a photoshoot this year to be honest. The discipline and hard work behind it is very satisfying so I'm going to mini cut 8 to 10 weeks perhaps... New video explaining the process is up.

Morning gym done. Nearly first full week back. + diet on point 🍲 + training on point 🏋️ + weight dropping
... One of the biggest changes I've made in the last month around training is to stop focusing on aesthetics and training to (1) enjoy it (2) feel good (3) get fitter and it feels great.
👉 I had also convinced myself I did not have time to train with work and commitments. This is a niave outlook. I wasnt prioritsing appropriately. I now am. / / Health first, work second. Remember that.

Just sat here waiting for the storm to come in 🌩 > > I remember a time not so long ago when I would get the Sunday dread. How's your week been? Friday is here. Before I started my own business I remember dreading Mondays and dying for Fridays to come round. I don't actually see work now as something linear. I work late if needed, take time back when I need and am focused on building a business. Whilst my business doesnt reside around my main passion of fitness it doesn't matter because its all about the process of building, learning and being in charge of your own destiny. Find what you enjoy and if you ain't happy change it. It's within your control whether you believe it or not #makeithappen

#waybackwednesday to my first photoshoot in 2017. Just seen a post by @grenadejay on #momentum. If you aren't following him then you should be! . . Couldn't agree more. The hardest part is getting going for sure. It's like a strong man pulling a lorry. The energy to move initially is incredible but as the wheels start to move momentum kicks in and it becomes very difficult to stop. Sure you may get a couple of flat tyres along the way but as long you change them and carry on... you will achieve your goals. . . A very simple example of this is getting your first 100 youtube subscribers. It seems so small but also an impossible task. Fast forward and I know have thousands of subscribers and over 50,000 views a month. Momentum is building. We will be unstoppable #believe . . To achieve desired results 👆🏼 in this photo (1) lift weights (2) create a calorie deficit (3) lose weight gradually (0.5 to 1kg a week).

How you feel after doing my class in the morning. . . There is something to be said about those that get up early and get on with their work, the gym, whatever it is. It flows into all parts of your life. You can think clearer and get more done #donthitthatsnooze. Do what you have to, not what you want to.

I preached before about group exercise or finding something or someone to motivate you. OK I may be slightly biased as I teach group exercise but don't underestimate the signifance of healthy competition, someone to guide you through workouts and the added benefit of a set amount of time. I've been guilty of spending 2.5 hours sometimes in the gym in the past. When time is your most precious commodity you want to know that 6 to 7 a.m. is your time and then you are done. There is a lot to be said for that.
