Wow what a bloody brilliant day again!!!! Absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much for organising Blackpool festival we had such a great time!! Dave Pearce was one of my favourites and we couldn't keep away from the Sanctuary tent!!! Just a shame that home and hq were charging us ┬Ż10 each when we were meant to get in for free for having VIP wristbands but we had a blast in Club Domain to finish the night off!!! We can't wait for next year!!!

User

What a truly remarkable festival this is! from start to finish all the areas were rammed and vibes were buzzing, a true example of how festivals should be 10/10 in every respect (sanctuary arena was too sick!) the main stage was awesome, Paul Oakenfolds set was top class, big respect to you all for a top festival defo coming back next year with more friends and family :)

User

Went on the friday and Saturday loved every min, thanks to the organisers and the artists, fellow partiers and the red arrows and the England team . Made it phenomenal, makes me proud of Blackpool :-)

User

Once again amazing day roll on next year and can please have same weather again that 2nd in a row weather been amazing cracking music great crowd totally amazing

User

Mint weekend, me and my mate came from Manchester for the Saturday, class artists personal favourite was the sanctuary tent, England match was on too. Drinks were very reasonably priced which was awesome. Will be back again next year

User

Loved it. First time and will make every effort to make next. Fridays house djs were outstanding. What a line up!! Perfect warm up to the saturday. Sanctuary tent was ace. Slipmatt also a new find for me . Bouncing ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į. Tents were like ovens but who can complain about the weather? ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į Only point is if it was as hot and sunny again a gazebo type shelter be good as there was nowhere to hide from direct sunlight to get any reprieve for fairer skins. Bar queues were fast and well priced...u could show scottish promoters a lesson over greed with prices there!!! Well done Blackpool. One of the best smaller festivals ive ever been to and the crowd was so friendly. Ty promoters ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

User

Absolutely amazing weekend. Lovely location, amazing DJs and family fun on the Sunday. IŌĆÖve not danced like that in ages. Bring on Blackpool 2019! Xxx

User

3 year at this festival and by far the best. Turned up on site without any cash and unknown to us was a power cut - disaster but massive thanks to staff for helping and constantly trying get a connection on the card reader, very close to leaving but got there in the end and had an immense time. Production and organisation on Saturday was spot on, sound systems loud enough and clear with some awesome sets having the big screen and that result was epic. Syndicate tent banging and Paul Oakenfold playing new and classic trance main stage made the day. Gutted it all had to end at 11.

Can't be easy putting on an event like this but nailed it fair play to all involved.

User

We had an excellent day on Sunday and particularly enjoyed RaverTots and Jo Jingles! However, if the event is on again next year, I feel it would benefit from more planning and organising to make it more family friendly. If the weather hadn't been so amazing I don't think we would have had such a great time. We didn't queue for long to get in, but the queues inside for ice creams, rides, meet the characters etc were extreme. Had the event been free entry, I wouldn't have minded paying all the additional costs inside, but it ended up being an expensive day! I was surprised they were promoting the 'baby change area' which was just a corner of the bar with some plastic cloths on tables. The bars and food could have been more family oriented too! The staff were in the festival spirit and seemed to be enjoying their work, but one squirted water over me as I left, so maybe they need to take their jobs a little more seriously! Overall, if improvements are made I would definitely take my little boy again as it's great to have a local event to go to!

The Sunday event was a shambles.

It was organised by someone who has no common sense, or no children.

The que to get in was 40/50 minutes long in 27 degree heat with two children under two.

The location was fantastic but had not been cleaned thoroughly following the night before. There were cigarette butts covering the comedy carpet and vomit in corners.

Bag searches were not carried out and as a result the ŌĆ£zero drugsŌĆØ policy had gone to pot. Excuse the pun. Not good enough at an event predominantly aimed at families and those with young children.

The on stage entertainment was average & at one point, nothing more than a racket.

The ques for meet and greet weŌĆÖre ridiculously long & even following a 30 minute wait, again with two young children, in blistering heat, we were turned away and told to come back later.

Drinks were extortionate & even if you only wanted to buy a single bottle of water, you had to buy a ┬Ż10 voucher. Soft drinks/water were from Lidl multipacks & sold at ┬Ż2.50 a piece.

The ŌĆ£funfairŌĆØ consisted of 4 rides & were an additional ┬Ż9.99 per wristband.

The baby changing/feeding facilities were a corner in the alcohol tent?

No buggy park available.

No shaded areas other than tents rammed with 4 stalls/activities.

Having spent ┬Ż90+ on tickets we left after 3 hours feeling robbed.

Poorly planned, extremely expensive.
