What a fantastic place to visit!! Much improved from years ago. The facilities were pristine and great choice of food and drinks at normal prices. The staff were great too, really friendly. Got the mobile speedy passes too so we weren't cueing for ages...well worth the money!! The fair itself was excellent, really exhilarating rides...highly recommended for fun day out with family or friends ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

User

This place needs more recognition because it is just such a fantastic place to visit and a really good price for what you get . We booked on line and it was quick, easy to do and gets you in at cheaper rate. We went yesterday (7.7.18) and it was an amazing day! :D Icon was by far our favourite rollercaster, followed by the big one and infusion. It was such a good day out and there was so much to do! :D Was definitely worth the 2 hour drive there. The longest we waited in line was 20 minutes which was good and the refillable drink is definitly worth the money. :D Valhalla was also a favourite - best water ride I've ever been on for experience and drops! :D It has something for everyone! :D See you again next year Pleasure Beach! :D

User

Regular visitors (every summer at some point). Yesterday 22nd July was probably the quietest I've even seen the pleasure beach. Little to no waiting time for each ride. Max probably around 10mins so was like having a speedy pass on & off rides very quickly. Actally felt sick amount of times on each ride. Bought the refillable drinks excellent value for ┬Ż10 each but I feel it should include Pepsi without the 80p charge or let U know before u buy that it doesn't include Pepsi . Bit disappointed that Valhalla was closed as it's my daughter's favourite ride but all in all another excellent day

User

My Son visited today with his school, although I was a little apprehensive as he has ASD+ADHD and finds staying still/waiting difficult. However your customer services where able to help with this meaning he didn't have to wait long in queues. He's had such a fantastic day which is a positive ending to a year which he's tried so very hard. Thank you for making things a little easier for those who often find such days hard to deal with, with heightened emotions/excitement which can be a sensory overload.

User

It's was very nice and the floor was clean and tidy and meeting my favourite character was sponge bob and Wallace and gromit and turtles and very very good hot ice show staff was very nice and helpful get me a VIP wristband

User

I'll tell you why we as a family with 2 grown-up kids loved it! My daughter played an online app which gave us 4 free entry bands. Parking on the Boulevard cost ┬Ż8, get there early and avoid the BPB car parks @ ┬Ż15 for ten hours . Eat outside to reduce the cost even further and return as many times as you like until the fireworks closure at 10pm. With the footy result and this country's prospects of a Great British BREXIT , it's been an iconic weekend. Let's do it again sometime.

User

I had a fantastic time here with my friends yesterday & went on some rides, we enjoyed a walk on the beach & a good day out, would recommend this to anyone who wants a good family day out

User

Had to visit to ride icon and wow what a ride it did not take long to get on and when on my god what ride everything a coster should well done pleasure beech staff great choice. The rest if the park is as good as ever keep up the good work.

User

Brilliant day out.. 8 of us in total and all managed to get on the rides they wanted to and not too long waiting apart from Valhalla the queue was far too long other than that great day :)

User

Been today with my nephew and 2 children. It was busy but queing times were reasonable considering. Unfortunately my son had a minor accident, cutting his arm. I was pleased with how well we were dealt with. We asked a staff member to direct us to where we could find the first aider. On getting to the first aid room, it was locked so we informed the member of staff who immediately contacted them for us and then came back to tell us that somebody would be with us shortly. After having it cleaned and a dressing applied we were off on our way to continue enjoying the day.

User

We live locally and love visiting but sadly our visit was spoiled yesterday by 1,000s of rude unsupervised school kids queue jumping. It took us 5 hours to get on each ride purely due to them pushing in or letting their friends in. The park needs to design a better queing system especially on Valhalla where ropes donŌĆÖt work. Or the staff need to monitor it better

User

Visited here yesterday for the first time ever with my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter who had a ball! Unfortunately we had to queue for everything, waiting time was at least 30 minutes but our 3 year old wasnŌĆÖt at all phased by this and the rides were definitely well worth the wait. We think it was good value for money and there were at least 16 or 17 rides etc which were age appropriate for her. Very well run and safety was definitely a priority. Would definitely recommend and will most certainly return.

User

It was amazing with all the ride and weather was beautiful until the power cut happened and one of of the best ride was closed for the day, along with Pepsi max and one or two other, we have paid ┬Ż50 each extra per person and it was felt like a waste of money, wasn't very happy about that, anyway overall it was good experience.

User

The rides are just amazing but I really hate the fact they have killed off almost all the atmosphere with the ludicrous charges!! Went today and had burgers from the place opposite the avalanche, 2burgers, 2drinks (no fries and small cokes) and almost ┬Ż15 lighter in pocket for ABSOLUTELY FOUL disgusting and extremely low quality meat (if it even was meat!!!!!)!!!!!! Absolute rip off for very low standard food throughout!!!!!! Shame on them

User

Great theme park, and it's great it's family run not like Merlin corporation. The rides are fab plenty to do and see. However the staff could be more cheerful and show more enthusiasm. I also think the park needs some money spent on the upkeep and look. I understand being by the coast that weather can damage very quickly. But I think some plants trees and greenery in needed to Brighton up the place. New signage etc... The champagne and coffee sign is an example of dated poor look.

User

Took my kids yesterday thinking that as schools have not yet broken up for the summer, it might be bit quieter. How wrong was I. Got there to find the usual car park closed to find out later it was due to 14,000 school kids arriving. Wasn't just the ride queues that where 90mins+, all queues for food and drinks the same. Was a waste of time coming yesterday to get on only 3 rides.

If something like that is planned, would be nice for the pleasure beach to put something on the website about it.

User

What a load of crap, if you can't get at least decent fish and chip at the seaside then it's a lo├Ād of bullshit. Not even allowed to walk by the sea ,what the fuck is that all about. It's cheaper to fly to Spain and have a decent day on the beach than drive to this tacky place

User

Went today and my family of four got on about 2 of the smaller rides each before the power cut. Tried to get a refund only to be told all the rides were back on. The employee, she said her name was Siobhan, even pretended that the big one had just went over the office. I left the office and could see they weren't back on and left the park at that point. From outside the park I could see they were still off 40 minutes later before they disappeared from my view. If you are going to lie, don't lie about something that is 212 feet high.

User

Booked tickets for a family of 8. Had 3 children and 5 adults. It cost 150 cuz booked online thought i got a bargain. But after spending all day there between us we managed to get a train ride, a ride on the fairy ride and a go on the dodgems. Couldnt get onto no more cuz of the ques were that big u was waitin an hour n a half to get on a ride. I had a disabled child with me and 2 small children. Our experiance was horrible. I would not recommend to any of my friends. We decided to got over to the pier and i spent 60 pound on 80 tickets and had a much better experiance. No queing for rides over at the pier n the whole family had a great time. I would advise anyone i speak to to go to the pier its better value for money and u get a far better experiance. Shame on bpb u wasted a whole day of our holiday. I will never be back.
