I came here to trade in my old car for a brand new one. I can't thank Morgan enough, he was so helpful and kind the whole way through. Collected my brand new 2018 Seat Ibiza FR today and have had nothing but amazing service from Blackpool SEAT. I dealt with Alex who helped me to put in place a reasonable finance agreement and just 6 days later I have collected the exact car I wanted for an even better price than I thought. As this is my first car and my first finance agreement I couldn’t of asked for a better service than that of which Alex gave, he explained everything to me and gave me some really great advise as a first time driver. 5* service from Simon and Steph from start to finish! Rang up with a fault on my car it was booked in with steph within the hour, same day and problem was found straight away,, I was given a courtesy car there and then which I’ve had several days whilst parts were got to be replaced etc! I was kept up to date on the repairs on my car and they serviced it for me whilst it was there with them instead of me having to take it back at a later date! I went to get a new arona I filled the paperwork in and paid a £250 deposit waited 10 days to see if I had been accepted for finance was told several different things from different staff one was the assistant manager who was rude but I found out it hadn't been sent off, I asked for my deposit and got a decision on the finance in 20mins was told the car would take 10 weeks to arrive again told different things eventually the car arrived 14 weeks later but did get my deposit back on the same day.the sales guy morgan was nice and I know it's not his fault but the management there are rubbish I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Well what can I say. Nothing good to say about Blackpool Seat. From the beginning of purchasing my new Seat Arona to pick up and beyond the customer experience has been horrendous. No one returns calls. Finance deal totally cocked up more than once and now still waiting for part exchange payment to settle finance from previous car. Received car 16th May and despite being promised payment would be in my account within 5 working days and numerous phone calls surprise surprise still no payment! Words fail me how a dealership can act in this totally unprofessional way and get away with it.We went in around 7th May to demand our deposit back due to total incompetence again long story and was told car was now here. This was ordered on 5th March and told it would take a month! The manager persuaded us to go ahead and I so wish I had walked away!My husband asked the director to ring us back yesterday and what a surprise no call. Aaron rang who we have dealt with and again told him we wanted a call from the director. Our daughter bought a new car same day and is now receiving car park fines for previous car which DVLA are stating is still in her name. She traded this in about 6 weeks ago! Again she is being given the runaround.

Rubbish service! I signed for the car and it took 2 weeks to actually get it, including 2 80 mile round trips to the dealership , one journey saw me spend a whole 5 minutes there to sign one document, something I was told could be done via email and scanning it back during the initial sale...

Since I got the car 2 weeks ago I was told on the day that my finance from the car I was trading in would be cleared by the end of the week. This did not happen and the finance company for my old car took a payment from me as they had received nothing from Blackpool Seat. Fast forward another week and after being guaranteed that the finance on my old car would be cleared before the final settlement date of 23/04/18 I am still sat here with no payment being made to my old finance company. Again with me chasing this up and making phone calls to Blackpool Seat I was told this would be looked in to today (25/04/18) and again I was guaranteed a call back. Has this happened? No it hasn't. So once again it looks like I need to chase up an issue that isn't my fault. I won't get my money back from my old finance company until this issue is sorted. It baffles me how a company the size of Seat can't send a simple payment as promised. I will not be taking my new car back here, not even for a service and definitely not when I am looking for another car. I have no confidence in the business and I am really unimpressed with the way the company has handled this situation. Be warned people that once you've signed on the dotted line you won't get a service you like or expect...

Horrendous service!! This dealership should be shut down.

My friends partner bought her brand new 18 plate car from them 3 weeks ago with appauling service she eventually got the car 5 days ago after being told she had 5 days free insurance she collected the car and the Sales man Aaron assured her and her parents she was insured handed her the keys and let her drive off the forecourt and around for 5 days knowing full well she had no insurence!!

Thank God for everyone's sake she didn't have an accident, her brand new car got stolen or she got stopped by the police.

Volkswagen insurance have said 'Blackpool seat have sold you down the river'

Called seat spoken to alex to ask what time the free insurance run out at 10 to 7 and he said he will have to cut the phone call short because the dealership is now closed attitude stunk and these people are supposed to be sales advisers and help people.



Not one person in that building has any sale experience and does not have a clue how a business should run or have any duty of care towards their customers or to the public.

Appalling behaviour letting a 19 year old woman drive off the forecourt in a £20,000 financed deal knowing she didn't have insurance!!!

Came in to part exchange an outstanding finance deal for a new car. After agreeing a new monthly fee and an agreement fee to cover both the negative equity and value of new car, details were left whilst we waited for an update on the finance.



After 48h and no update I called Aaron but no update was able to be provided other than the finance was fine, another 48h passed with no update - called again, this time apparently the finance had failed (no reason for this as good credit history). The mrs tried in her name and same again apparently, so nothing left but to get deposit back.



Turns out the real reason behind the lack of communication and rejected sale was that the sales team had actually screwed themselves over with monthly margin of under £50 pcm! Which was not removed when the deposit refund was emailed over the admin team with me CC'd in. To which I can only presume they used this as an excuse. I've seen this from a few of the 1* reviews.



If you are set on a Seat I recommend trying the Liverpool Seat branch they're brilliant - the branch in Blackpool just don't seem to know much of anything, unhelpful staff who have little sales experience or understand customer service. For an extra £50 pcm you'll get much more from Audi Preston.

Bought an Audi in September 2015 and had nothing but issues with it from then until now. Sales team were nice until after I had signed for the vehicle and then found them rude and unhelpful. Ended up speaking to service team who’s call backs were useless!! Another huge issue was the car was advertised and sold as having full service history and when I checked the folder at home found it didn’t have the service book. I phoned to ask if they had forgotten to put it back in after they had serviced it but they said no. I have since spoken to Audi who have also said the car has never had an electronic service logged either! I am now stuck with a vehicle that we would like to sell that has only the services that we have had done and an email confirmation from seat that they had done one before we picked it up (which I doubt as in the first few days i had to fill it with oil and water). Aftercare and attitude of sales reps at this garage seriously needs tackling!!! Please read all reviews on here before considering purchasing from them! I wish I had!!! We are just about to contact trading standards.
