Went out of their way to accommodate our requirements. Beautiful afternoon tea which tasted fabulous. Staff were very pleasant and attentive would definitely recommend people to visit

We stayed at the hotel last night as we were going to a show at the theatre next door. It is a lovely hotel. The room was great and the staff and service were wonderful. Would recommend to everyone, you won't be disappointed. Look forward to staying again in the future.

This hotel is quite modern, the rooms seem to have been upgraded. The towels in the bathroom looked brand new and were lovely and fluffy. Also in the rooms there's a smartphone that you can take out with you. The calls are free and ii has loads of information on what's on in southport. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. We stayed here earlier in the year, we will definitely be back. A handy tip to remember is if you book through a website the parking is £10 a night. If you book directly through the hotel it is complimentary. You can stay parked until 3pm, so you can go shopping!

So I was lucky enough to win a romantic Valentine's night away with all the trimmings in this stunning hotel which is situated over looking the marine lake. We were greeted with a big smile and very helpful staff. The room was pristine, food was amazing and the atmosphere was calming if your thinking of staying you won't be disappointed � thanks to the Ramada and all the staff for a special night

Myself and my Husband could not thank the staff at The Ramada, Southport enough for all the effort they put in together as a team on our Wedding day! The staff did an amazing job helping us have a smooth running day! They really are a credit to the Hotel, I have never met a more professional and friendly bunch of individuals.

But a special thank you must go to Joanne Caunce, our wedding co-ordinator! The amount of phone calls, emails and questions! You have always been happy to take a phone call, always happy to answer an email and have always been more than happy to invite us in for a chat!

I have never once felt like our wedding was a business transaction or just another wedding at The Ramada. I feel a true relationship was built and it was that, that made our day more special!

The food was gorgeous and we had 103 guests to feed, so that really does say something about how brilliant the Hotel are. I look forward to our next stay or even just a pop in for a coffee.

Love this hotel stayed a few times over the years when attending shows at the theatre. Lovely clean rooms , Lovely breakfast and lovely staff to !

Love having afternoon tea at the Ramada Plaza Southport . Staff are nice and friendly and the hotel has a nice relaxing feel to it .

Had a lovely one night stay with my husband. The reception staff were lovely and could not be more helpful. The room was beautiful and the view from the 5th floor was spectacular. Would love to go back sometime.

Had a lovely day/night on the 5th May at the Ramada. The room was lovely, bathroom spotless, TV wonderful and a fridge. Definitely recommend this hotel. As they say you get what you pay for. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding, wonderful and lovely staff on hand all day & night. If you book direct to the hotel the car parking is free.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant accessibility for wheelchair users, staff were really helpful and explained evacuation procedures on check in, room was stunning, really spacey and plenty of room to wheel around to all parts and the wet room was fantastic ! :) Would recommend to everyone ! Car parking charge is a little steep at £10 a day when you are a hotel guest but there is cheaper close by. Thank you for a fabulous weekend! :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Room, although standard was far beyond our expectations. We both had a fabulous nights sleep. No noise disturbance.

Car park facility available that was totally secure. Will defiantly stay again

A warm welcome on arrival,efficient , helpful staff, a comfortable room, with a lovely view of the Lake. Sparkling clean bathroom, wonderful breakfasts , spacious relaxing lounge when we had to escape from the sun for a while!

This all made our stay in this lovely hotel a great pleasure.We hope to return next year,

We popped in for a drink on the outside terrace as it was a really hot Saturday ... staffing was limited @ 5pm though so had to wait to order a drink & sandwich but came quickly & delicious ... out door terrace very modern & overlooks the boating lake very relaxing in the lounge area too would recommend 👍

Very upset we have had to pay the £10 carparking fee. We have stayed here a few times and even booked the afternoon teas. We did not know we had to book direct,as we normally do but it was a surprise booking by my partner and he did not know we had to book direct. We did upgrade the package through the hotel but still had to pay :(

Lovely room with a seaview,close to all bars,restaurants&shops,let down by an over priced breakfast at £14.95 per person!!..had a lovely breakfast at weatherspoons The WillowTree for less than half the price.

Incredible hotel Have stayed several times and always been delighted The staff are v pleasant and go above and beyond to ensure that one feels happy and comfortable

Had a few issues with the restaurant on this visit but these were dealt with more than fairly Have eaten here previously and never had any problems. The food is excellent and a beautiful stylish setting.

Tgere is s wonderful sun terrace where one can also eat or just sit with s coffee and relax

The rooms are v comfortable and always kept immaculate by the housekeeping staff. There is a fridge which in this weather is a Godsend

The bathrooms have toiletries provided and wonderful towels adding to the whole experience

I always leave the Ramada feeling v relaxed having enjoyed a quality experience in a classy hotel and eager for my next visit

The hotel is a cut above the Premier/ Travelodge and better than most B&B and lower end hotels, it is showing its age now maybe a time for a revamp. It's greatest advantage is it's location and most of the staff who were well presented and over all friendly welcoming and professional .. the downside was the restaurant, the food was not up to the quality of even the bound menu..in as much as, the steak was not cooked to my order and had waited 50 mins so said nothing, the following evenings meal was a terrible Steak and Ale pie that was 90% fat and gristle, inedible, not eaten, (embarrassingly spat into napkin) i was offered a second attempt at it but my dinner companion had by then finished his meal, no offer of refund but the waiting staff we had was lovely in attitude...The buffet breakfast was of decent quality.. Not the worst place to stay but i bet there's much much better available at this price.
