So alittle bit of an update on the weight gain after holiday.... the 6 pounds has gone. Just goes to show, 1 week of indulgence gone! once I have got back to my normal way of life. Eating healthily and exercising has meant the weight has come back off quickly, also goes to show how much of the weight was probably water retention. Back on it as normal ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Iโ€™m Back ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘
So 6 lbs heavier and a whole size bigger - Iโ€™m back from my holidays. Holidays are for relaxing, spending time with the family, letting go, not worrying about work and whatโ€™s happening at home and itโ€™s definitely not about worrying about the waistline... We definitely let our hair down and enjoyed the fine cuisine on offer. Spending your holidays worrying about food choices is not what itโ€™s all about. Once back from your holidays, you can loose it all again anywa...y and get back on with your fitness goals. The hard part is not letting the holiday extend into normal life and thus becoming less active and making to many wrong choices with food.
A good way to get motivated to get back on it is putting on the the clothes you wore before your holiday - they usually feel tighter than normal and give you good incentive to get back on it. Donโ€™t get discouraged about letting go alittle itโ€™s all part of enjoying the holiday.
So today is day one of being back home and today is day one of being back on it - Back on it eating healthily following the BML Plan and back on it exercising ๐Ÿ‘

HOLIDAY TIMETABLE; As you all know, I am on holiday from tomorrow until the 8th Aug :-) Please see below class time table for the next 2 weeks. Please contact me if you want booking in for anything for these 2 weeks. See below for a quick summary:
- Morning body blast on sat 4th at 9am will continue to run as the lovely Dan will cover the class for me. This means the class will be at the studio and not outside.... - All other classes will not be on apart from those mentioned below.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused but my body needs a little rest too ๐Ÿ˜Š Stay Active, keep moving and eat right.

I've been going to various classes run by Emma over the last few months and love them all. She plans them so they always vary and makes them fun and engaging with great music to keep your energy levels up!

I have just started training with Emma regularly (yes, she's my wife which has its advantages and disadvantages ๏ฟฝ) but she is always professional and knows how to push me so I get the most from my sessions. After loosing a bit too much weight (I like my muscle) and recovering from an injury, Emma has started to help me get my muscle definition back. I'm looking forward to what the coming weeks have in store. ๏ฟฝ

I have been training with Emma since March and have seen some great results. My strength and fitness has improved and I have lost inches. Emma is really encouraging and has pushed me in a positive way, which has helped me to achieve my fitness goals. I have tried diets and the gym before but haven't been able to maintain it in the past, I am now seeing the results I want and feel much more happy with my self. Thanks Em ๏ฟฝ

Fanastic trainer, i would highly recommend this Personal trainer, she is very enthusiastic and driven to help those who are looking to improve their #BodyMindLife. I found her diet chart really help and i still used it now. Very talented and inspirational and you will definitely get a good work out with her

Emma is very knowledgeable and passionate within the industry- her own experience and fitness journey makes her very genuine, approachable and relatable. Her P.T sessions are enjoyable yet challenging - she assessed my personal fitness level and took me through a circuit based workout which included exercises like boxing and hill sprints. I was surprised at how quick the session went- felt amazing yet exhausted after! I definitely went to sleep with satisfaction that night ๏ฟฝ
